Proposals Submitted to the Mauritius on Naturopathy Health Care system
This is the Proposal submitted to the Mauritius Government in between Proposed
Health care Consultant and Representative of the Mauritius date 21/05/2025
Dr K.Niranjan Reddy is registered Naturopath under CCRYN, New Delhi
(Here in after referred to as CONSULTANT)
And
Representative of the Government of Mauritius
(Here in after referred to as GoM)
Consultant under takes the following:-
1. Consultant and Team Expertise to establish and run the successfully Alternative
Naturopthic institutions
2. Provide the list of Service Provision (i) List of Treatments (ii) Diagnostics (iii) Provision
of the Treatments based on community requirement.
3. Treatments Customization and information to the patients
4. Awareness on Naturopathic Treatments to the community
5. Selection of the Health care providers/HR based on defined criteria
6. Trainings and skills enhancement of the staff to provide the effective therapeutic
services to the community of mauritius
7. Focused on Treatment Protocols and Standard Treatment guidelines
8. Infection and prevention control Practices at the Health care centers
9. Location Identification and proposals submission on Infrastructure and Devices
10. Quality management, Wellness & Clinical services maintenance during the delivery
of the services
11. Promotional activities on preventive and curative services
12. Statistical Analysis of Alternative Treatments Trends and Time bound Action plan
submission and Implementation
13. Corrective and Preventive action plan for identified Non compliances
14. Consultation on Legal statutory requirements for Clinical establishment.
15. Outcome analysis based on Treatment revenue and Patient/Client feed back
16. Effective grievance Redressal mechanism on Naturopathy Treatments
17. Audits on Treatments expenses and client satisfaction survey
18. Merely focus on Treatment results by the clinician to enhance the Client satisfaction
19. Consultant prefer to be a Knowledge and working partner not an employee
20. Responsible to develop and Promote the Naturopathic Treatments in the community
21. Incentives may finalized based on MoU
Representative of GoM Under takes the following:-
1. MoU shall make in between the both parties
2. Physical consultation may provide by the Representative
3. Support in identification the Location of the Institutions/Clinics
4. Infrastructure ,Devices and HR expenses
5. Execution of the Funds allocation and Financial management of the Project
6. Consultant Accommodation, visa and miscellaneous will be provided by GoM
7. Administration and Legal statutory compliance provision
8. Utilization the scope of development
9. Understand the scope of Naturopath Treatments and Limitations
10. IEC support and Promotional activities for the Nature cure treatments
11. Inclusion of Alternative medical systems/Naturopathy in Government Health care
system
12. Regulation of Naturopathy System/ Treatments in Government of Mauritius
13. Safety of the Health care workers and Legal support
14. High level Executive committee meeting on Naturopathic services establishment in
the community
15. Project Execution with an idea of Long term sustainable goals
16. GoM may have Mission, vision and Objectives on Naturopathy system
17. Naturopathy system shall Include as a Preventive and curative system in current
health care system
18. Proposal to start Academic Naturopathic Medical Colleges with established clinical
services
19. Government may establish the Policy on Naturopthic Treatments to include in the
insurance Policies
20. Integrated Health care approach establishment
21. Formation of legal statutory Board for the Registration of Alternative/Naturopathy
Medical Degrees.
