SUBJECT: WHITE COAT CEREMONY

Refer to the above-captioned subject.

It is a requirement for all students pursuing studies in the Schools mentioned above to be inducted
into the training through a ceremony called “WHITE COAT CEREMONY”. The purpose of this
ceremony is to set the foundation for the student’s future career pathway as a healthcare
professional. During the ceremony, students are officially gowned with a White Coat, guided on
the values, conduct, ethics and morals of the profession, and take the Student Hippocratic Oath.

In this regard, Management, in collaboration with the School of Medicine and School of Pharmacy,
is pleased to announce that the next White Coat Ceremony will be held on 28 August 2025 at
Barlastone Campus in the Main Auditorium. Therefore, all students who will qualify to be in the
following classes listed in the table below by July 2025 MUST participate in the White Coat
Ceremony.
