OUTLET AND RESTAURANTS

Applicants here by applies to Haldiram’s Food International Pvt Ltd. For approval to run and operate a
Restaurants and Outlet of Haldiram’s subject to the terms and conditions started in the application.

A. DESCRIPTION :
 The Applicants learns about our offering and discusses the business opening with our CRM
( Customer Relationship Manager ).
 The Applicant/ firm / company read this documents and mail us the application form with
requisite KYC Documents

B. VERIFICATION AND SELECTION PROCESS

1. The Application is reviewed by Haldirams Management and validated.
2. The applicants are evaluated based on various parameters like Financial Health, Business
acumen, aplitude Etc.
3. The Applicants are shortlisted after reviewing number of applications for same location.
4. Haldiram’s Management will verify your address and details with the help of various
parameters match the Profile of the applicant, CCM grants the approval.
5. If the verification is successful and the requirement of haldirams management match the profile
of applicant, CCM grants the approval.
These terms and conditions are applicable for those applicant's/Firm/Company who wants to take
the Restaurants and Outlet of Haldiram’s Food International Pvt. Ltd.
C. FOR APPLICANTS
1. He / she must have Aadhar card.
2. He/ she must have PAN card
3. His / Her Age – ( 21-65 ) years.
4. His/ Her Qualifications : minimum 10th Pass.

D. FOR FIRM / COMPANY

1. The Firm / company must have PAN card.
2. The Firm / company must have GST number.
3. The Firm / company must have property documents.

E. SPACE REQUIREMENT
RESTAURANTS OUTLET

Store + kichen 700 – 800 sq. ft. 700 – 800 sq. ft.

Sitting area 1500 – 2000 sq. ft. 800 – 1000 sq. ft.

Manpower Chef + 6 Employee Chef + 4 Employee

 F. INVESTMENT REQUIREMENT :

The minimum requirements can be vary for Restaurants & Outlet.

1. RESTAURANTS : -

If u want to start a Restaurants in your area then your investment will be around 35 - 40 lakhs. In this Restaurants
franchise , you have to pay ₹ 69,500.00/- for authorisation registration fees of restaurants for your area by us. You
have to pay security deposit fees of ₹ 3,65,500.00/- and agreement charge of ₹ 2,25,000.00/- company will be
return security and agreement fee to you with 6.5 ℅ interest after six months from starting date of restaurants
franchise, company will take franchise fees of ₹ 2,75,0000.00/- for using brands name of Haldiram’s franchise
Haldiram’s will take interior design fees of ₹ 12,00,000.00/- ( It’s includes all equipments and machinery)
you can renew your agreement every year free of cost. And for the order of products you have to make order of
minimum 15 lakhs of products and material . For restaurants. In case of products you have to pay 50% of order.

Note : If you start restaurants then you will be able to order maximum 15 lakhs per months.

2. OUTLETS :-
If You want to start a Outlet in your area then your investment will be around 20 – 25 lakhs. In this Outlet franchise ,
you have to pay ₹ 65,500.00/- for authorisation registration fees of outlet for your area by us. You have to pay
security deposit fees of ₹ 3,35,500.00/- and agreement charge of ₹ 2,25,000.00/- company will be return security
and agreement fee to you with 6.5 ℅ interest after six months from starting date of outlet franchise, company take
franchise fees of ₹ 2,75,0000.00/- for using brands name of Haldiram’s franchise. Haldirams will take interior design
fees of ₹ 6,00,000.00/- ( It’s includes all equipments and machinery ) You can renew your agreement every year free
of cost. And for the order of products you have to make order of Minimum 10 lakhs of products and material For
outlet.. In case of products you have to pay 50% of order.

Note : If you start restaurants then you will be able to order maximum 10 lakhs per months.
 G. RESTAURANTS AND OUTLET PROFIT MARGINS

 TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1. Any expired products will return / exchange within seven days before of expiry.
2. Damaged products will also exchange with another new packaged products.
3. Company will give profit margins for Restaurants / Outlet is 55 % for all Non Packing products, and
35% for all packing products.
4. Company will provide marketing materials like poster, banner and danglers etc.
5. Company will provide billing and management software for account and stock management.
6. Company will support freezer, furniture, billing machine and required equipments to run your business.
7. Company will provide 50% rent and electric bill only ,we are not providing any utility or other bill any more.
8. Company will provide 5-6 chef staff and their salary for marketing for increase sales.
9. Insurance will provide 100% of all products of haldirams.
10. Investment criteria for outlet is 20-25 lakhs and for Restaurants 35-40 lakhs.
11. Company will take registration charge for Outlet is ₹ 65,500 /- for Restaurants is ₹ 69,500/- only.
12. For Outlet company will charged security deposit of ₹ 3,35,000/- Franchise fee of ₹ 2,75,000/- and
agreement deposit of 2,25,000.00/- and interior design cost 6,00,000.00/- and first products order
is 10 ,00,000.00/- Fifty percent of products charge taken at time of order and rest dues payment
taken after 3 months.
13. Company will refund your security and agreement deposit after six months from starting with 6.5
% bank interest.
14. You will receive all information about your franchise in your agreement paper.
15. All products of haldirams delivered at your business address of your outlets / Restaurants.
16. For Restaurants company will charged security fees of 5,25,000.00/- ( Five lakhs twenty five
thousand rupees ) and agreement deposit of 2,65,000.00/- ( two lakhs sixty five thousand
rupees ) and Franchise fee of 2,00,000.00/- ( Two lakhs rupees) and Interior design cost
5,00,000.0/- ( Fivelakhs rupees) and fifty percent of products order is 8,00,000.00/- only. Fifty
percent of products charge is credit by haldirams.

17. Company will gives you food license for free to run your outlet / Restaurants.
18. All payment is accepted by NEFT / RTGS From Your Bank Branch To Haldirams bank account
only we don’t accept any online payment due to security and payment stucking reasons.
19. You will receive Payment receipt of every transaction and all payment will be refund to your
account if you cancel the project.
20. Filling application form does not means you will get Outlet/ Restaurants. After the approval
you have done registration payment to confirm your franchise secured for you by haldirams.

21. After the Complete your all initial process , Franchise team will visit your site with agreement
paper, If you don’t satisfied with us at any points, you can cancel the process.
22. After the cancellation of your franchise process , payment will be refund to you within
hours To your Bank Account.
