NEVER REGRET THY FALL,

O ICARUS OF FEARLESS FLIGHT,

FOR THE GREATEST TRAGEDY OF THEM ALL,
IS NEVER TO FEEL THE BURNING LIGHT.
A glimpse into KGMC&H
Nestled in the serenity of Asaripallam and born
out of an erstwhile Tuberculosis Sanitorium,
Kanyakumari Government Medical College and
hospital was instituted with the aim of expanding
medical education and healthcare services in the
southernmost tip of the Indian peninsula.

We serve as a vital healthcare hub for the district

and nearby regions. The hospital is equipped with
modern diagnostic, surgical, and critical care
facilities, providing hands-on clinical training for
students and quality care for patients.

With a dedicated faculty, active involvement in

research, and a commitment to serving
underprivileged populations, KGMC continues to
evolve as a center of excellence in medical
education and public health.
