COURSE ABSTRACT:

Computational Fluid Dynamics (CFD) is a branch of fluid mechanics that utilizes numerical methods
and algorithms to solve and analyze problems involving fluid flows. This course provides an in-depth
exploration of the fundamental principles, mathematical models, and computational techniques used in
CFD. The course deals with the numerical solution of governing equations for fluid flow and heat transfer
problems. Students will gain knowledge of Finite Difference and Finite Volume strategy, formulation of
the governing equation, and solution techniques. Students at the end of the course will get to experience
a simple working CFD code
