Position Job Description
- Work on robotics, motion control, and mechanical design of machines.
- Understand key components like conveyors, actuators, and robot programming.
Mechanical
- Learn installation, troubleshooting, and maintenance of mechanical systems.
Automation
- Gain hands-on experience with machine assembly, HMI controls, and automation
debugging.
- Handle electrical systems, PLCs, and control circuits for automation.
- Work with sensors, actuators, electrical panel wiring, and HMI controls.
Electrical
- Gain basic knowledge of servo & stepper drives and industrial communication protocols
Automation
(TCP/IP, Modbus, EtherCAT).
- Assist in PLC programming, troubleshooting, and electrical system integration.
- Learn computer vision technologies for quality inspection.
- Work with cameras, sensors, AI algorithms, and automation tuning.
Vision
- Assist in vision system integration for automated manufacturing.
Automation
- Gain experience in fine-tuning camera parameters and implementing machine vision
solutions.
- Responsible for automation equipment maintenance in key manufacturing areas, including
production assembly, glue dispensing, low-pressure injection molding, plasma/primer
automation, dimension measurement, vision system and laser welding.
Process - Ensure high precision, quality, and efficiency in automated assembly, functional testing,
Control and dimensional inspection.
Engineer - Work on robotics, PLCs, motion control, and AI-based vision inspection to meet zero-defect
manufacturing standards.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for process optimization and continuous
improvement.
