MEMORANDUM OF UNDERSTANDING (MOU)
This Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) is made and executed on this ___
day of February 2025 at Hyderabad, by and between:
FIRST PARTY:
Sri G. Amarnath Reddy,
(S/o Late G. Sidda Reddy),
Aged 65 years,
Residing at: Flat No. 211, Magans Lake View Apartments, Khanamet, Kondapur, Hyderabad -
500084.
(Hereinafter referred to as the "First Party", which term shall include his legal heirs,
successors, administrators, and assigns.)
SECOND PARTY (Facilitators):
1. D. Prapanna Sri Karunakaram Venkatanatha Simhayaji
(S/o Desai Venkata Ramana Rao)

Gajularamaram (V), Qutbullapur (M),

(Hereinafter referred to as the "Second Party" or "Facilitators", which term shall include
their legal heirs, successors, administrators, and assigns.)
WHEREAS:
1. The First Party is engaged in land-related Development Agreements (JDA) and
financial transactions related to land.
2. The Second Party (Facilitators) has played a crucial role in assisting and coordinating
the execution of these agreements.
3. As compensation for their facilitation, the First Party agrees to pay 20% of any future
proceeds related to the land transactions to the Second Party (Facilitators).
TERMS & CONDITIONS
1. Facilitation Fee (20% Share):
The First Party shall pay 20% of any amount received from the Development
Agreement (JDA), land sale, or any other related financial transactions to the
Second Party (Facilitators).
The payment shall be made immediately upon receipt of the funds by the First
Party.
2. Responsibilities of the Second Party (Facilitators):
Assisting in legal, regulatory, and transactional matters related to the land.
Coordinating with relevant authorities and stakeholders.
Ensuring the successful execution of agreements related to the concerned property.
3. Jurisdiction & Dispute Resolution:
Any disputes arising from this agreement shall first be attempted to be resolved
amicably between both parties.
If an amicable resolution is not reached, disputes shall be referred to arbitration as
per the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996, or settled in a court of law in
Hyderabad.
