Sub: Submission of Quarterly Progress Reports (QPRs) in respect of
ongoing/completed works/contracts -regarding.
Sir,
Please refer this office letter No. C-11/25/01/2009/CTE/Vol.-IV/1226,
dated:09/09/2021 (copy enclosed) wherein it was requested to forward the QPR
invariably by 5th of subsequent month of the quarter to which it pertains.
Accordingly, it is requested to forward the QPR for quarter ending June,
2025 positively by 05/07/2025 on the Vigilance Branch, Hqrs e-mail id (vigilance-
[email protected]) only, for necessary action.

Attention is ineited to this o{Iice letter No.C-ll/25 ll12009-Yig.lll, dated:. ll/O712013
whereby CVC's Circular No.l5/07l12 issued uide No.98-VGL-25, dated: 3O.O7.2O12 was
forwarded for necessa4r action by all the field ofiices.
Further, the CVC vide its letter No. 08-21/16/CTE-QPR-01, dared: 26.08.2021 has
reiterated a CVOS to submit Quarterly Progress Reports (QPRS) in respect of ongoing/completed
procuremerrt contracts as per CVC'S Circular No.15/07/12 issued vide No.98-VGL-25, dated:
30.o7.2012.
In view of above, all contract awarding authority of {ield offices and headquarters ollice aie
requested to fumish detajl of all works in progress, contracts awarded and the works completed
during the quarter ending March, 2021 and June, 2021 as per the limits (revised value) indicated
vide abovesaid CVC's Circular dated; 30.07.2012 in the prescribed proforma 'Annexure- 1' (copy
enclosed) by 17,h of September,2O2l positively at manish.karda.d? esic.nic.in. This report may in
future invariably be submitted by 5'h of subsequent month of t}le quarter to which it pertains.
Furthermore, all contract awarding authority while submitting the report (QPRI is requted
to certify that all the rvorks purchase/consultancies and other contracts required to be reported
as per abovesaid CVC'S Circular dated: 30.07.2012 have been ircluded in the QPR.
ln case no work/contract awarded during the quarter a'NIL'report may be submitted for record.
This issues \Mith the approval of the Chief Vigilarce Officer.
