General
 DSfG console is now able to send time sync telegrams (Attention Z)

NPP devices
 Support ZM1 03-38-A including signature function with MID/PTB approval (Rev. 4)
 ZM1 - Provide recent default settings for GQ: Default gas quality settings for a new parameterization changed
to MKV H-gas according to DVGW-486
 Allow clock synchronization via MMS also if security switch is closed (Device is responsible to keep restrictions
e.g. sync interval).
 encore FC: Production year is now part of read out parameterization (>= NPP 03-38) and will be printed in the
data book
 Flow computer - Missing message exports of 2nd stream added to Normal Mode
 Flow computer - It is now possible to turn off wire break detection on ExMFE5 in Normal Mode
 Improved handling in MMS protocol - communication retries if device signals busy (e.g. read out
parameterization directly after restart)
 Bugfix: Save button was not enabled after upgrading Normal Mode parameterization
