RESOLUTION NO. 07, Series 2020

“RESOLUTION PROHIBITNG ALL ANIMALS TO STRAY IN PUBLIC PLACES


OF BARANGAY POBLACION, PITOGO, ZAMBOANGA DEL SUR”

WHEREAS, to prevent the wide-spread of rabies and to instill discipline among


animal animal owner, particularly those with dogs and cats;

WHEREAS, this resolution seeks to address the incidents of animal bites and stray
animals in public places in the interest of public safety and health to promote
responsible pet ownership;

NOW, THEREFORE, on motion of Mr, Edgardo E. Abijay and unanimously


seconded by all the member present, it was;

RESOLVED AS IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED to pass a resolution prohibitng all


animals to stray in public places of Barangay Poblacion, Pitogo,
Zamboanga Del Sur;
LET, copies of this resolution be furnished to all concerned offices, this
municipality for their information, guidance and implementation.
