A very good morning to everyone present here. On behalf of MET BKC INSTITUTE
OF ENGINEERING, I extend a warm welcome to our dignified guest, PROF
SANDEEP MISHRA SIR, our principal DR V. P. WANI SIR, HOD OF E&TC DR VITHAL
GOND SIR, faulty members and students gathered here today for the IEEE
awareness seminar.

It’s a pleasure to see such a diverse and enthusiastic group gathered here today
to explore the wonders of technology and innovation through this enlightening
session.

In the fast-paced landscape of our college life, where curiosity meets creativity,
IEEE stands as a beacon for those passionate about electrical and electronics
engineering. It's not just an organization; it's a community that thrives on the
exchange of ideas, knowledge, and the pursuit of excellence.

Today's seminar holds immense significance as it aims to shed light on the


importance of IEEE, the Institute of Electrical and Electronics Engineers,
established on 1st of January 1963. It is a cornerstone in the empire of technology
and innovation and a global organization dedicated to advancing technology for
the benefit of humanity.

Through IEEE, we gain access to a treasure trove of resources, conferences, and


publications that keep us at the forefront of technological advancements.
Today, we have gathered to delve into the monarchy of IEEE, to understand its
mission, its values, and its contributions to the world of science and technology.
Through a series of enlightening sessions and discussions, we aim to shed light on
the various opportunities, resources, and networks that IEEE offers to students
and professionals alike.

Our esteemed speaker and presenter for today is well-versed in the domain of
IEEE and is eager to share his knowledge and experiences with all of us.
On this note I would like to introduce our esteemed resource person Prof MR
SANDEEP MISHRA SIR of K.J.Somaiya Institute of Technology Sion, Mumbai.
Sir is presently IEEE chair,nashik region and also head of student activity
committee(SAC),IEEE BOMBAY SECTION.

Lets extend a cordial welcome to our distinguished guest with a huge round of
applause and may I request our principal DR WANI SIR to felicitate our guest for
the day.
