Login
• Click on https://tshebox.tgwdcw.in/ to visit the T-She Box website.
• Login with your mobile number and password.
Forgot Password
• Click “Forgot Password?” link on website home page to get a new
password sent to your registered mobile number.
Feedback/Suggestions
• Please post your valuable feedback/suggestions or any issues through
the feedback form available at the bottom of home page.
Register ICC
• Visit the T-She Box website and click on “Register As ICC” in top
menu.
• Select your organization type and enter your organization name.
• You will need to register all branches in case your organization has
multiple brances operating in different locations.
• A HR account will be created once your organization is successfully
registered which can be used to manage your committee members
later.
• The password will be sent immediately to the registered mobile
number on successful registration of your organization.
User Sign-up
• Login to T-She Box website and click on “New User? Sign-up” on top
to register and submit your complaints.
• Submit your mobile number and password will be sent via SMS.
• Your information will be confidential and will never be revealed.
• You can use forgot password to generate a new password in case if
you do not remember your password.
• You can also download the android application from Google play store
which is simple to use for submitting and tracking the complaints.
• The same login can be used to login to web and android application
once signed up.
Submit a Complaint
• Login to your account with your registered number and password either
into T-She Box website or T-She Box android application.
• Click “New Complaint” available in the menu. You can opt to read the form
in your convenient language (English, Telugu and Hindi are supported).
• Fill in the complaint form and click “Submit”.
• Your complaint will be sent to your Internal Committee and a preliminary
meeting will be scheduled once it is acknowledged by the committee
members.
• The details of follow up meetings with date and location will be intimated
to you via SMS alerts.
Submit complaint from website
• Click on “New complaint” available in top right and you can submit
your language by choosing your preferred language.
Android application
• Download T-She box android
application from Google play
store using the following link.

Login / Register
• If you are new user click + icon in the login
screen to create a new account with your
mobile number and you will receive the
password to your mobile via SMS
• If you are an existing user, login to the app
using your mobile number and password.
• Use “Forgot password” and enter your
registered mobile number to receive new
password.
• Having trouble filling the complaint form? Don’t
worry! Our team will assist you in getting it filled.
• Click on “Locator” icon in the center from the mobile
application and WCD team will get back to you to
assist you in filling up the required details.
• Track your complaint status either by logging into
the website or mobile application.
• You can contact us via email, phone. (Details
provided in website and mobile application).
• Track your schedules for any meetings from “My
Schedule” provided in mobile application.
New Complaint
• Choose your preferred language to submit the
complaint
• Fill in the mandatory fields and proceed to next
step.
• Don’t worry your data is saved with us in case
of any internet loss in the middle.
• Submit the complaint in the last step any time
by opening it from “My Complaints”
Track your complaints
• Check the status of your complaints by simply
logging into the mobile application.
• Your complaint will be assigned to LCC based
on your feedback.
• You can contacts us for any
details/clarifications.
