For 5 days, do one simple task each day to strengthen a different
dimension. Take a picture of you doing the task for each dimension.
Example:
• Monday – Physical: Do 15 mins of stretching
• Tuesday – Emotional: Write down 3 things you’re feeling
• Wednesday – Social: Compliment or talk kindly to someone
• Thursday – Cognitive: Read an article or reflect
• Friday – Spiritual: Meditate or write a gratitude list
