(ii) 50% of the order value before Delivery against Performa invoice.
(2) DELIVERY PERIOD: -
2-3 weeks from the date of receipt of technically & commercially clear order along With advance.
(3) FORCE MAJEURE CLAUSE: - Offer is subject to our standard force majeure Clause.
(4) VALIDITY: - 30 days from the date of this offer extension validity shall be applicable on written
confirmation.
(5) PACKAGING & FORWARDING: - Canopied DG set covered with polyphone cover
(6) TRANSPORTATION: - Transportation Charges Inclusive
(7) TRANSIT INSURANCE: - Transit insurance shall be in your account.
(8) OCTROI/ROAD PERMIT/ANY LOCAL ENTRY TAX: - Will be in your Scope.
(9) SCOPE OF SUPPLY:
Our offer is confined to whatever is specifically included and stipulated in the technical and commercial clauses
and is subject to changes as may be mutually agreed upon finalization of the contract.
(10) INSTALLATION:
We can undertake complete installation work of DG set and related works as per the site requirement, please
let us know your interest so that we can arrange to depute our project team for site survey and preparation of
installation offer.
(11) WARRANTY: -
The Diesel Generators are covered under warranty period of 5 Years from the date of sales or 5000
running Hours, whichever is earlier from the date of supply for any inherent manufacturing defect as
per manufacturer’s norms.

4 Free Servicing Included In the Warranty. (Consumables like Oil, Filters are chargeable).
