1. Payment made through cheque is subject to realization. In case the cheque is returned / dishonoured for any reason, handling charges of Rs. 500/- along with the charges by the bank for
return of the cheque will be collected from student by the centre. This payment should be made only by cash / DD / Online.
2. The student should strictly adhere to the batch / schedule timings specified by the centre. All breaks must be pre-approved in writing and not exceeding 2 months continuously.
3. Transfer from Centre to Centre will be done at the student's request, provided the course is available and the course timing is suitable in the transferee centre. A payment of Rs. 1000/-
towards transfer charges should be paid by the student to the centre transferring the student.
4. Students join through any special scheme like CADD Quest, Creative Quest, CADD Proficiency Test, Inaugural Discount or any scheme classified as a 'special scheme' cannot avail the
transfer facility.
5. This receipt should be kept safe for future reference to be produced at the time of collecting the course completion certificate.
6. The student is expected to maintain the dignity, discipline and decorum of the centre.
7. The student should take care of all the property of the Centre with utmost care. Any material losses due to mishandling of equipment's by student should be paid by the student.
8. Fee once paid cannot be refunded, However the fee could be transferred for another course at CADD Centre, within 3 days from the date of payment
9. FORCE MAJEURE: CADD Centre accepts no liability for delay or non-fulfilment of any term of the contract caused by force majeure or by any industrial dispute, default by any franchise
partner, strike, accident, fire, scarcity of material or labour, flood, riot and pandemic situation. Terrorism or any cause not directly within its control.
10. The course and course combinations are expected to change from time to time based on the industry requirements. In case you are taking a break during the course and the course you
have registered and paid is not available at the time of re-joining, then you will have to join an alternative program available at that point of time or must upgrade the course by paying
additional fee if required for the new combination.
11. Any dispute on this course, and its performance , shall be governed within the jurisdiction of courts in Chennai.
12. The student must complete the course within the defined course duration (or within 24 months whichever is longer), from the date of joining. Registration is not valid after the course
duration (or within 24 months whichever is longer) from the date of course commencement. The centre and the student should have mutual agreement for any such break in writing Or else
the registration will be invalid
