Tim, a 7-year-old with a big imagination, loves his mom and dad’s hugs, but then his new

baby brother, Theodore, shows up in a tiny suit, acting like a boss! Theodore’s really a secret
agent from BabyCorp, where babies work to keep people loving them. Tim’s jealous at first,
but he teams up with Theodore to stop PuppyCo’s mean plan to make super cute “Forever
Puppies” that never grow old, so everyone loves puppies more. They sneak past scary dogs
and go to a shiny Las Vegas show to beat the bad guy, Francis, who loves puppies too
much. With lots of fun and running around, Tim and Theodore become buddies and learn
family love is the best, saving the day with big smiles.
