PIP Track
Detailed Internship Plan
1 Week 1: Orientation and Understanding the Organization
✓ Familiarization with PAHCHAAN and its diverse initiatives through site visits.
✓ Various Trainings
✓ Interns will write need assesment report after visiting all centers
2 Week 2-3: Need Assessment and Implementation
Each intern is expected to serve at least 6 days at a Center to fullfil
duties and given tasks.
3 Last week:
Interns will count their hours for certificate and will make a detailed
internship report and submit to their supervisor
