Circular T&C-CM No 12-25-26

Bharat Sanchar Nigam Ltd. has announced the rationalization of the PV-107 tariff under GSM prepaid mobile services, reducing the validity from 35 days to 28 days while maintaining the same freebies. This change is to be implemented by July 1, 2025, in accordance with the Telecom Tariff Order and TRAI regulations. All telecom circles are instructed to update their websites and inform subscribers accordingly.

1 he competent authority has decided to rationahze the PV- l 07 under GSM prepaid mobile services
as under

2 1 he above tanff to be implemented latest by 01.07.2025.


3 The implementation of the tariff is to be macfe in accordance with 43rd Amendment of Telecom Tariff Order
and orders/guidelines/clarifications issued by TRAI from time to time. Circles have to update their website
and report the same to TRAI as per tariff reporting requirement of TRAI and TRAI regulations con tamed in
Ir No 5-5/2008/regl Dated 16.06.2008 issued from regulation cell BSNL CO.
4 The implementation of Telecom Tariff Order TIO (52nd amendment), UNo service provider shall terminate
am existing tariff plan without providing the subscriber with a notice period of not less than thirty days
