The ownership of the goods shall remain vested in Afrinia Intelli Technologies until payment is made in full. Buyer takes the ownership of risks upon delive
Customer accepts to pay 27% restocking fee against order cancellation.
Standard 90 Days warranty as per OEM offered on all Goods sold. Consumer will take the ownership of licenses on Products sold.
Used or refurbished equipment are sold without software licenses unless specifically mentioned.
Afrinia sells SmartNet free CISCO Products, subject to Cisco's Block & Flag policy, or SmartNet Deny or Cancellation at the time of selling and delivery.
Afrinia holds no liabilty for such costs and refuses to accepts hardware returns. Clean Serial Products are reqeusted prior Ordering.
Customer should specifically mention SmartNet or Clean Serial Requirement in their PO.
Deliveries are subject to Lead time from distribution ETA and local Customs clearance.
Note:
All 9000 Series Cisco Devices need DNA licenses by default. DNA License if not quoted by default, will not be reflecting under end user smart account.
Smart Account is mandatory for DNA License and additional charges will be applicable.
