Brief Profile of Supervisor

Dr. Mohammed Nizam-ud-Din is Assistant Professor in the area of Economics and Finance
at School of Management and Commerce in K. R. Mangalam University. He has completed
Ph.D from Central University of Gujarat, Gandhinagar. He also completed B.Sc (Hons) in
Earth Science and MBA (Financial Management) from AMU, Aligarh. In 2013, he has been
awarded the UGC-NET (Management) exam. He has excellent experience of more than 15
years in the field of research and academia. His expertise is in the area of Corporate Finance,
Capital Market, Financial Sustainability, Social Entrepreneurship, Corporate Social
Responsibility and Corporate Governance. He has published several research papers both in
national and international journals indexing in Scopus, ABDC and ABS. He has presented his
research work in various national and international Conferences, also contributed as a resource
person in workshops on research methodology, SPSS, Panel Data Analysis etc., and key

Ms. Megha Thakur is an Assistant Professor in the area of Finance at the Department of
Management at DPG Degree College where she have been teaching and conducting research
since 2021. She is pursuing a PhD in Management from K.R. Mangalam University
(Gurugram). She also completed a B.Com (Hons.) from Delhi University (Delhi) and MBA
with a specialization in Finance from K.R. Mangalam University (Gurugram). She has
excellent experience of more than 4 years in the field of research and academia. Her expertise
is in the areas of Corporate Finance, Managerial Accounting, Financial Management and
Operational Management. Ms. Megha’s research interests are primarily focused on
entrepreneurship, sustainable development and corporate governance with particular emphasis
on ESG (Environmental, Social and Governance). Her work has been published in leading

CARE. She has presented her research work at numerous national as well as international
