Harita Nickel Project description
Project location : Harita Nickel, South Maluku.
Halmahera Persada Lygend HPAL became the pioneer of raw material producer for electric car battery in Indone-
sia. Its the operational area in the Obi Island Industrial Estate and officially operated on June 23, 2021. The project
is also part of the National Strategic Project on Obi Island. The raw material nickel limonite (low-grade type) is
sourced from Mining Business License for Production Operation (IUP) produce by Trimegah Bangun Persada (TBP)
and Gane Permai Sentosa (GPS) which are part of Harita Nickel.
The nickel limonit was not used and has no economic value, But now it has strategic value.We're committed to
carrying out the government's commission to increase the value of adding nickel resources and providing
optimal benefits to all its interests, Including the government, The community around the operational area,
Stockholders, And thousands of employees from local areas.
Project Requirements:
Access Control Solutions
PT. Halmahera Persada Lygend requires an intelligent and quick access control solution to the identity of access
and can block or limit access to the mine area for security reasons and as access to the employees into it, Which is
to make it easier for employees and guests to get into the mine area to get access cards..To prevent unwanted
access, The client needs a turnstile to be installed at the main entrance to the mine area and to the main door of
the lobbying area our client needs a swing barrier.

Parking System
Our client has several special requirements, namely wanting to have a fast and safe parking verification system
because it has many employees, requires easy, fast and essential access. The BG500 series is a high-performance
and high-speed barrier gate. It has a high-temperature resistant control panel, has an impact-resistant protection
design on the boom connector. Which perfectly matches the needs of our clients who want to be combined with
CCTV.
Camera Detector
Our clients effective monitoring the entire area of mines and make sure that if there is an emergency or event
security, quickly handling has become the guarantee to protect everyone's safety. By installing high-resolution
cameras and all activated to detect in multiple mine areas.
Large Video Storage
Real effective video surveillance is also more than instant management, It also means effective to allow security
status handle and get the necessary records for surveillance and more security checks. Due to the total number of
indoor cameras of 4 units of ES-852T12C-C and outdoor cameras of 20 units of BS-852022C-S5 deployed for the
entire video surveillance network. .It also requires a large video storage

The SBTL Series is a series single-path swing barrier turnstile designed for smooth and quiet operation and draws
very little force. Made of stainless steel which makes SBTL Series very durable.
The SBTL series is usually kept in a position-locked state, thus denying access to the secured side, once the SBTL
reader (RFID and/or fingerprint) positively recognizes the user's valid access card or fingerprint, the barrier swings
automatically, thus allowing the user to enter the secure side.
InBio Pro Series IP-Based Biometric Access Control Panel The InBio Pro series is a high-end, project-oriented product
with unique features such as embedded fingerprint verification and advanced access control functions, which can
be managed with TCP/IP communication over LAN or WAN networks.
The well-designed Turn Stile series is made of stainless steel, ideal for locations where large flows of people and
toughness are concerns. When receiving a signal from the access control system, or pressing a button, allows the
passage of one person at a time. Its status is indicated in the led-way mode indicator above. Part In both directions
are electronically controlled. The default mode is to lock the mechanism until a valid authorization signal is
received. In case of emergency, turn off the device, the user can turn the arm for free walking. A led road mode
indicator is included as standard.
