Placements: Medical institutions do not work on the principle of placements. You need to
crack the NEET-UG exam with an excellent percentile to get an entry f or MBBS. LTMMC is
the top medical college not only in Maharashtra but also in India. Currently, our batch holds
200 students. No payment is of f ered during the course. Af ter the f inal exam, every student
must undergo paid internship f or 1 year to pass out. Thereaf ter, they can open their own
clinic or can get a job as a medical practitioner or else they can pursue f urther studies.
Inf rastructure: Compared to other colleges, our college has a less developed
inf rastructure. I think it is the only drawback of this college. Some f acilities are the best, but
some are average or below average as compared to other colleges. Facilities we get are
f ree Wi-Fi af ter the 2nd year. Labs and classrooms are good, and f ew classrooms have air-
conditioner f acilities. The library is good and air-conditioned, and it is open 23 hours daily
irrespective of holidays. Since it is a medical college, every student gets top priority over
normal civilians and get f ree treatment. The college does not have any mess f acilities.
However, it has a canteen with proper hygiene at a reasonable price. We get average sports
and games f acilities. We have badminton and volleyball court, and indoor games include
chess, carrom and TT. However, due to renovation, indoor games are currently stoped.
Improper hostel f acility is one of the major drawbacks of this college. No hostel f acilities
are provided in 1st year, and localities have no chance to get them throughout the course.
Rents are high in the area, and the minimum rent is Rs. 8,000 per month. Currently, even if
you manage to get a hostel, the f acilities are average or below average. However, the new
hostel is under construction f rom this year, so in the coming years, the problem would be
solved.

Faculty: LTMMC provides one of the best academic f acilities with the best staf f members.
Teachers are well-qualif ied, knowledgeable and helpf ul. Especially in covid times, our
college took lots of ef f orts to teach online and took various exams. The course is essential
that contributes towards the health of the country.

Other: Overall, it is one of the best colleges in India, excluding the average inf rastructure,
which would be sorted in the coming years. The college is well-known f or its various f ests
like Slice-Spice, Ashwamesh, Trinity, etc. There are various clubs to join related to
academics as well as non-academics. The campus is small, but it is good. You can
experience the best days here. Various scholarships are provided to help students
economically, to boost academics, etc.

LTMMC is great to do MBBS.

Placements: The concept of placements isn't very f amiliar with medical colleges. Af ter the
course, all students have to do a mandatory paid internship f or a year. They are
recommended to clear their bond by doing one year of rural service, and if students f ail, they
have to pay a bond of 10 lacs. Af ter students graduate with an MBBS degree, they can get
placed in a government service job f or one year as part of their bond. The placement rate is
100%, but not everyone wants to work af ter graduating. Many people pursue postgraduate
education, f or which they get paid as residents undergoing training in their respective
colleges. Residents are of f ered a salary of Rs. 40,000 to 70,000 per month. The role of the

Inf rastructure: The campus is slightly small. Wi-Fi is available, but f irst-year students don't

gradually deteriorates as you progress. You have to do self -study more than anything, and
the teachers are always available f or your doubts. The course curriculum is extremely
relevant. It prepares students to f ace the real world as good doctors, and students get a lot
of experience and practice during the course. You also have to study to pass in MBBS
consistently, and it is not a time-pass degree.

worth doing. Your lif e can be changed completely, and you have to make a lot of sacrif ices.
Still, you can be more capable. I wish our college better provide more centralised systems of
study materials. Now, there are many good authors and many ways to go about studying
each subject. There should be a gold standard way to learn everything in MBBS, which
ensures that everyone who can perf orm well is a great doctor. LTMMC is very happening in
terms of events, f ests, conf erences and networking. Everyone on the campus is energetic

I got admission in this college through merit list, and I'm very happy.
Placements: I'm a 2017 batch student, and I'll probably pass out in 2023. Student gets
admission in this college by NEET entrance exam. You have to score nearly 600 marks to
get in this college. Af ter passing out, everyone gets a minimum salary of Rs. 65,000 per
month. Government hospital, as well as private hospitals, of f ers jobs. The internship is
compulsory f or all students in the same hospital.

Inf rastructure: The college is located on the hospital campus as it is a medical college. It
provides all the f acilities. Every department is well-equipped with labs and classrooms. The
library is huge and equipped with air-conditioner, which is open 24 hours. The hostel is also
good. There are 2 canteens available here.
Faculty: Teachers in our college are very helpf ul. Everyone has completed their masters in
any of subject medical subjects. They are very knowledgeable. Their teaching quality is very

Placements: Our batch has about 150 students. The salary is not of f ered to the students.
The government of f ered us with a job in the medical hospital, or we can privately serve as a
medical practitioner. The government can give an opportunity af ter completion of course in
PHC as a medical of f icer. All students should compulsorily do an internship af ter completion
of course in a respected college's hospital.
Inf rastructure: The college provides Wi-Fi f acility in the college. It has 24x7 open air-
conditioned library. There is at least 1 lecture theatre in each department. Facilities provided
in the hostel are average, but there is no mess in the hostel. As we are medical students, we
get f ree medical service here. There are grounds f or playing cricket and volleyball. It also
provides a badminton court.
Faculty: All the teaching staf f members are highly qualif ied and knowledgeable. They are
very helpf ul. Their teaching quality is average. They have greater knowledge. Sometimes

Other: As medical is a novel prof ession, so I have chosen it. Right now, I don't have any
idea about improvements in the course. The cultural f est is organised in our college. Many

medical colleges, but Lokmanya Tilak Municipal Medical college is one of the leading
institutes not only in Maharashtra but in India too. If you are students of this institution,

Inf rastructure: When it comes to the inf rastructure, it is providing the best as to what it
can provide in its limited resources, as being a government institution and that too in the city

Our college is a place to develop skills.

Placements: Af ter completing students have to work under bond of 1 year as a medical
of f icer. The average stipend af ter MBBS is Rs.57,000 per month. Students join PG course
or do private practice. During internship they pay Rs.12,000 to 18000 per month.
Inf rastructure: Inf rastructure is old as it is 75 year old hospital but there are always
developmental tasks. Grounds are not available because there is some construction work in
progress. Hostels are renovated last year they posses f amily vibes.

Faculty: College is well known f or teaching. Teachers are great and helpf ul. Everyone helps

Absolutely satisfied. Best college for medical students. All things are top-
notch.
Placements: As a MBBS student af ter passout there are many options like you can pursue
MD /MS. You can choose your dream branch like dermatology, gynecologist etc. As a sion
student it is the most f amous college f or undergraduate and postgraduate studies. It's very

Wonderful learning experience in Ltmmc!

Placements: A lot of people didn't get seats in NEET but overall many people topped. We
have AIR 8 and 9 in NEET and INI CET. Most people got in Mumbai and around Mumbai.
Some got Ltmmc, kem, jj etc. One even got AIIMS Delhi. A f ew are trying f or usmle and plab.
Selection has been limited f or these.

Inf rastructure: Really bad inf rastructure. Nothing compared to other Mumbai colleges.
Canteen f ood was very oily and had bugs sometimes. Wi-Fi was present but not in all
places. Classrooms were air conditioned but many seats were broken. Doesn't have enough
seats to accommodate 250 students. Sports room is not available. Even ground us taken
over f or renovation.
Faculty: Teachers are really nice. They help a lot. Not a lot of Research though. Otherwise
they're very knowledgeable. Course is relevant. It's upto the current standards. Teaching is
second only to kem. Even postings are wonderf ul and an amazing experience. Exams are
moderately dif f icult. Teachers are genuine and give marks based on answers.

Other: Medical is really nice f rom Ltmmc. There's immense patient load and so we get to
SEE a lot of patients. Research and inf rastructure are two things we can work upon. Even
library and canteen aren't upto the mark. Events are not the best. Haven't had any events
since 3 years now due to covid. But trinity is one of the most known conf erences.

Enjoying My College life.

Placements: This college is f or the wards of Army Persons, so there is a good amount of
discipline among the students. With an average score in JEE Mains, this is the best college
you can get admission to. Average placement is very good in this college more than 90% of
students get placed every year. Students are perf orming at par the level of good NITs and
IITs. Many companies like Credit Suisse, Deutsche Bank come f or on-campus hiring and
pay a handsome stipend of Rs 50,000 per month to students. Students also get PPO af ter
completing these internships. Students get hands-on industry experience af ter completing
the projects done by these interns.
Inf rastructure: In the hostel, we get 3 kinds of room singlet, doublet, and triplet which are
given according to merit. The hostel is kept clean throughout the year. Steps are taken
against the students who bunk classes and stay in hostels. Night canteen is open so that
