Description Beger Nano-1 (Semi-Gloss) is premium quality 100% pure acrylic emulsion paint for interior and exterior surface in all residential
application . Formulated from special nano-acrylic resin and light fast pigment (Colour Guard formula) to provide exceptional,
resulting in long-lasting paint. Ideal for use on properly masonry surfaces.
No added lead, no added mercury and environemental safe.

Application Area Beger Nano-1 (Semi-Gloss) intends for wide range of applications including decoration and protection on masonry surface
(new construction or renovation). It is ideal for application on building and housing or various substrates including concrete,
cement mortar, plaster, fiber cement, asbestos and siding, brickwork hard or soft boards, gypsum board and other building materials

* Thinner : Clean water.
* Tool : Brush, roller or spray gun.
* Condition during application : The moisture content in the concrete should not exceed 14%.
: Concrete and masonry cure at least 30 days before coating.
: Application by roller or brush dilute with 5 - 10% clean water by volume.
: Application by spray gun dilute with 5 - 10% clean water by volume.
Application System
*Surface preperation : Surface should be dry and clean. Remove completely all dirt, grease, oil, or any contaminated by washing surface with suitable cleaner.
: Surface with fungus, mold and mildew growth must be cleaned off and follow by the treatment of fungicidal wash Beger Mouldfree
#M-001. : Repair all surface imperfections. Before application, fill and seal hairline cracks by working a generous amount of material
into void. Cracks and gaps wider than 2.0 - 10.0 mm. should be filled with acrylic sealant. Use Beger Acrylic Wall Filler #F-200 for
cracks and gaps with less than 0.3 - 1.0 mm. width. Stir content thoroughly before and during application.

Environmentally Friendly Tips : Do not mix paints for storage or disposal. Leave paint in the original container. : Do not throw liquid paint in the trash or pour it
down the drain.
: Small amounts of latex paint can be air-dried and disposed through your trash collection system.
Storage : The product must be stored in accordance with national regulations. Storage conditions are to keep the containers in a dry, cool, well
ventilated space and away from source of heat an ignition.
: Containers must be kept tightly closed.
: 36 months at ambient.
Health and safety : Use under well ventilated conditions.
: Do not breathe or inhale mist.
: Avoid skin contact. Spillage on the skin should immediately be removed with suitable cleanser, soap and water.
: Eyes should be well flushed with water and medical attention sought immediately.
Precaution : Keep out of reach of children.
