SHS GRADUATION ADVISORY
GRADUATION CEREMONY
WHEN : June 25, 2025
TIME : 8:00 AM and 1:30 PM
VENUE : Ynares Center, Circumferential Road, Antipolo City
ENTRANCE SITE: FOR STUDENTS = SOUTH GATE
FOR PARENTS = WEST GATE
ASSEMBLY TIME: For SHS GRADUATING STUDENTS
6:00 AM (Morning Session) and 11:00 PM (Afternoon Session)
ASSEMBLY PLACE: SOUTH GATE
- For checking of attendance and line formation
- Coming in late is discouraged in order not to disturb line sequence and formation.
- Latecomers will be asked to stay at the back.
Procession will start exactly at 7:00 AM (Morning Session) & 12:00 PM (Afternoon
Session)
1. All graduates must be in proper SHS attire with stole.
FOR MALE – beige long sleeve Barong with white t-shirt inside, black pants and polished leather shoes,
black socks.
FOR FEMALE – beige dress and black closed shoes.
Please do not wear rubber shoes and slippers.
2. Two (2) Guest Entrance Tickets and One (1) souvenir program per graduate. STRICTLY NO TICKET-NO ENTRY
(this includes children below 12 years old).
3. All graduates and guests should bring their own sanitation kits (i.e., alcohol/sanitizers, wipes, tissue, etc.)
SEATING ARRANGEMENT FOR GRADUATES:
1. Seating arrangements will be in alphabetical order per strand and per section.
2. Please follow your adviser/assigned teacher during the processional for correct seating arrangement.
3. Parents of students with honors will have reserved seats allotted to them at the box area of Ynares Center.
HOUSE RULES:
1. No food, drinks and alcoholic beverages are allowed for the graduates/parents at the Ynares Center. We
strongly recommend students and parents to eat a heavy meal before coming for the ceremony.
2. Do not leave your valuables unattended. Graduates are strongly advised not to bring any valuables.
3. No cameras/video cameras are allowed during graduation ceremony. ONLY official photographers from OLFU
are allowed to take pictures during the ceremony (DO NOT EMPLOY SERVICES OF PHOTOGRAPHERS OUTSIDE
THE GATE, THEY WILL NOT BE ALLOWED ENTRY INTO THE VENUE). Pictures taken by the official photographer
can be claimed at the Registrar’s Office. The payment is already included in the graduation fee.
4. Seats for Parents/Guests in their specified area will be on a FIRST COME FIRST SERVED BASIS. NO TICKET, NO
ENTRY and children 6 to 12 years old are not allowed.
5. Please do not loiter around the venue during graduation ceremony and avoid leaving your seats during the
program.
6. All graduates must join the singing of the graduation song and OLFU Hymn.
7. Parents must OBSERVE PROPER DECORUM during the ceremonies and wear formal or semi-formal attire. Do
not wear jeans and slippers.
8. Graduates will not be allowed to leave the venue until the graduation ceremony is finished. Graduates will be
guided to the exit doors after the ceremony.
9. After the recessional, make sure you have a meeting place with your parents outside.
10. Please inform your Adviser or any Marshall if you are not feeling well or report to them any accident.

REMINDERS:
Graduates must be at the Ynares Center at 5:30 AM (Morning Session) and 11:00 AM (Afternoon
Session)
Late comers will not be allowed to join the ceremony.
