What You’ll Do at Pega:


 Act as the dedicated consultant and gatekeeper for demo assets within your assigned area.
 Manage the demonstration catalogue for your business area, ensuring comprehensive coverage
and highlighting innovative technologies that demonstrate business value.
 Own the creation of reusable assets. This requires strong project management, planning and
working with the broader team to hit critical deadlines
 Serve as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) and consultant for custom demo work.
Provide operational excellence in providing status and administration of the project work in
internal systems
 Collaborate closely with sales teams, especially for a premier account offering DemoX services.
 Align with sales opportunities and create requests into DemoX to support upcoming sales needs.
 Develop a broad understanding of the account, use cases, and strategic goals.
 Maintain strong connections and relationships in your target industry.
 Conduct knowledge transfer sessions (KT) to evangelize the demo estate, network, and
gather direct feedback.
 Provide monthly executive status updates.
 Highlight asset adoption across roles, progress on new projects, existing work status, key
milestones, and ongoing field activities.

Who You Are:


You are an individual who is passionate about exploring and applying Pega technology to help solve
business problems .
 SME in BFSI domain with good knowledge on customer service management
 Excellent in understanding the current systems and future asks and propose a workable solution
 Excellent time management and organization skills, with the capability to manage multiple
competing priorities
 Exceptional interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate, partner and collaborate
 Willingness to go the extra mile
 Dedication to achieving outstanding customer results with a team-oriented drive and a
demonstrated ability to lead by example
 Aptitude to pick up new concepts and technology rapidly; ability to explain it to both business &
IT stakeholders
 Capacity to work in teams as well as alone
 Ability to match technology solutions to customer needs

 You’ve partnered /collaborated with multiple stakeholders in solving a business solution.
 You’ve demonstrated good knowledge in requirement gathering process.
 You’ve led and end-to-end delivery of medium to large component of bigger solution.
 You’ve demonstrated Subject matter expertise in any of the verticals financial services/Health
care/Insurance /Communications management.
 You’ve delivered solutions in Agile and Scrum methodologies.
