PAYMENT : 50% Interest Free advance along with order and balance against readiness of
machinery OR against Performa Invoice.
EXCLUSIONS : Unless otherwise specified in our offers, electrical control panel, starters and
switches, cables, civil works are not in our scope of supply.

VALIDITY : 30 days from the date of Offer.
UNLOADING : Buyer will have to arrange unloading and shifting of the all equipment by their team
at their site. Customer have to arrange Hydra / Crain during unloading and Installation.
WARRANTEE : 12 months warranty from the date of supply against any manufacturing defects
or bad workman ships. All rubber, plastic items and all electric / electronic items
(Like fuses,SSR, PLC) etc. shall not be covered under warranty / guarantee.
Motor guarantee /warranty provided by its. Manufacturers service centre The
warranty dose not coves accidental damages caused by stones/un sieved sand,
carelessness, transportation, unloading, and assembly breaking, bad usage by the
Buyer`s personnel, tampering, usage of spare parts spurious and not recommended by the selle.
It is understood that after the delivery of machine in part or complete to buyer, it will be installed
within the time specified by seller. In the event of delayed installation and commissioning of the
plant, warranty will not be applicable. The. Warranty will be null and avoid IF changes are done
without our permission.
