Section2 Assemble/Disassemble
This manual contains technical details for the BT-450. It provides a technical
foundation to support effective troubleshooting and repair. It is not a
comprehensive, in-depth explanation of the product architecture or technical
implementation. It offers enough information how to repair the fetal monitor.

Only qualified service personnel should attempt to install the system,

disassemble the equipment, remove or replace any internal assemblies, or
replace the transducer cable

2.1. Contor Box Assembly

(1) BT-450 TOP COVER, (2) BT-450 BOTTOM COVER,

(3) BT-100 CAP SCREW(BT-100 공용), (4) BT-450 BUTTON,
(5) BT-450 BATTERY, (6) BT-450 BATTERY CUSHION,
(7) BT-450 MAIN BOARD ASS’Y,
(8) BT-450 LCD WINDOW,
(9) BT-450 BOTTOM CUSHION,

(1) Insert the button into the TOP COVER as shown in Fig. 1.

(2) As shown in Fig 2, attach the LCD Damper to the position of the MAIN
BOARD LCD, Insert the LCD FPCB into the connector of the MAIN BOARD.

(3) Remove the protective film from the LCD of the MAIN BOARD and insert it in
the position shown in Fig.3

(4) Place the MAIN BOARD in the same position as in Fig.4

(5) Fasten the M2X4 Screw with the 1st stage of the electric screwdriver in
the same position as Fig. 5.

(6) Attach the BATTERY CUSHION to the position shown in Fig 6 of the BATTERY.

(7) Put the battery in the same position as in Fig 7 and connect it to the terminal at
the marked position.

(8 Attach the BOTTOM CUSHION to the position shown in Fig. 8 of the BOTTOM
COVER.. When attaching the cushion, attach it according to the position indicator line

(9) Fasten the Torx Tapping M2X6 Screw in the same position as in Fig. 9
with a star screwdriver.

(10) Insert the CAP SCREW in the same position as Fig. 10.
* Insert deeply so that it does not come off

(11) After removing the dust using an air gun, attach the LCD window to the position
shown in Fig. 11.

2.2. Contor Box Disassembly

Proceed in reverse order of assembly.

There is a risk of electric shock if the product is disassembled arbitrarily.
Be sure to refer repairs to a technician authorized by the manufacturer.

Section 4 Software Upgrade

Supports “software upgrade function” for the algorithm and user
interface of BT-450.
Software upgrade should be performed after confirming the
procedure below.

(1) As shown in the picture, connect the 3V DC Battery to the BT-450

F/W input cable through the 2Pin connector.

(2) As shown in the picture, connect F/W input cable and H-JTAG, and

connect the other side to PC through USB Cable.

(3) As shown in the picture, Check pin 1 of F/W input cable

(4) Pay attention to pin 1 and connect as shown in the picture..

(5) As shown in the picture, it may be loose when fastening, so it is

necessary to fix it by tilting it slightly to the side by hand for FW

input.

(6) Execute the H-JTAG program on the PC as shown in the picture.

(The program can be downloaded from http://www.hjtag.com/)

(7) After execution, click "Settings -> TAP Configuration" in the picture

on the left. When the TAP Configuration window appears, click

"STM32" once as shown in the picture on the right and then click

"OK"

(8) When you click OK, a blue English mark appears as shown in the
picture

(9) Click the "F" icon in the main window of the left photo to run H-

Flasher. After running H-Flasher in the picture on the right, click Load,
select "STM32F103RC.hfc" and click Open

(10) You can check the Flash Selection as shown in the picture.

(11) If you select 4. Programming on the left side as shown in the red
circle, the setting windows appear on the right side

(12) If you click Check on the next screen, Flash is recognized

(13) Set Type to "Plain Binary Format", Dst Addr to "Flash Base Address"

(14) Click the square box for Src file..

(15) Select the " BT-450_version.bin " file and click Open

(16) Click the Program button to start the Flash Program

(17) When "Programmed and Verified x1 successfully" appears in the

execution window, F/W input is completed.

(18) When inputting additional F/W, click Check and then click the
Program button to register F/W.

Section 5 Troubleshooting
If there is a problem with the equipment, check the procedure below.
