Magbigay ng limang pamamaraan. When a child reaches Grade 6, he/she may experience
changes in his/her body. That is because he/she is now
approaching puberty.

Puberty is the period which adolescents reaches


maturity and became capable of reproduction. It is also
the stage when their body experience so many changes.

Because of this, it helps to know the how’s and the


why’s of these changes one may experience so that you
know what to expect. And because of these changes,
teenagers are having issues and concerns about their
personal health.

Below are some of the personal health issues and


concerns that a teenager experiences:
