RATIONALE AND TOURISM
ENVIRONMENT OF HINOBA-AN
Hinoba-an, located at the southernmost tip of Negros Occidental, is a first-class
municipality rich in natural beauty, cultural heritage, and historical significance.
Known for its white sand beaches, coral reefs, and World War II landmarks like

for tour packages and transport, multiple banks like BDO and Marayo Bank for
financial needs, and health facilities such as the Rural Health Unit and Eleuterio T.
Decena Memorial Hospital for medical services. The Municipal Tourism Office
