WALDIES VIRICHEM branded non-toxic Zinc Stearate is a fused powder. It is metallic salt of
distilled hydrogenated fatty acid.

METAL CONTENT (ZnO) : 8.5 – 9.5
MELTING POINT : 118 – 125 * C
BULK DENSITY : 0.5 + – 0.05 (gm/cc)
VOLATILE MATTER : 2% (105 * C for 1 hour)
FREE FATTY ACID : 1 % (max)

APPLICATIONS
 PVC & polyolefins primarily as heat stabilizer,
 Lubricants in flexible films, sheets, foils, injection moulding and extrusions.

PACKAGING & PACKING


Standard Packing of 20 Kgs. Nett red branded alkathene lined hessian bags with transparent inner
polythene liner. Customized packaging are available for export oriented & bulk orders.

STORAGE & SHELF


Store the product in cool and dry area away from direct exposure to sunlight and rain. The shelf life
of these products are typically 6 to 9 months, when stored in right conditions.

HANDLING & HYGIENE


All chemical products are to be handled with care. Use of Hand Gloves & N95 Face Mask for dust
protection is recommended. In case of fire, use inorganic chemical-based fire extinguishers only.
