Job Profile : As a CI Regional Specialist, I am responsible for fostering a Continuous
Improvement (CI) culture within our GBS functions, embedding it into their DNA. I leverage
my technical expertise to identify and implement automation opportunities using low-code/no-
code technologies such as Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI. Additionally, I develop
