Results-oriented, evidence based and people-focused Monitoring and Evaluation Officer with 05 (Five) years of career experience in
humanitarian sectors especially on disaster risk management, gender, economic empowerment and on nutrition programs and
education. I have strong ability to develop initiatives from field data collections. I am excellent at data analysis and visualization,
conducting capacity assessment on existing monitoring and evaluation systems, developing indicators and a monitoring strategy for
the project Moreover, I have experienced on Anticipatory action and economic empowerment, collaboration with GoB officials which
