Examination Guidelines
• The bags shall be kept outside the exam room in a proper manner (arranged neatly)
• On occupying seat, kindly check the desk thoroughly for any unwanted material
• The Invigilator shall hand over the answer sheet and question paper to the students
• Carefully fill in the details - Name, Roll number, Class and Section in the answer sheet &
Question Paper.
Things to remember
• Students need to attach the maps/graph Paper and supplementary answer sheets carefully
along with main sheet.
• Write name, class and roll no. on answer sheets, Question papers , maps, graphs and
supplementary sheets.
• Students should revise their answers thoroughly before submission.
• Students should complete their paper within the given time frame as extra time will not be
provided.
• Do not write any answers on the question paper.
• Strict action shall be taken against unfair practices during examination.
General Guidelines
• STUDENTS TO WEAR PROPER SCHOOL UNIFORM ON ALL EXAM
DAYS.
• Students will directly report to their exam rooms on arrival.
• No late arrival and early dispersal will be allowed during exam days.
• Students must eat a healthy breakfast in the morning.
• Students will not be permitted to leave the exam room
during exam time until or unless absolutely essential and
unavoidable.
• Cafeteria will not be available during the exam days. Carry
snacks/ fruits/ food from home on exam days.
