Introduction
The'home is the person's primary environment from the time he is
born. Parents and sibling are the only family members who exercise a cordial
influence. Family members exert more control over a persons behavior than
any other person. The pattern of personality development of the child is
established mainly within the framework of his relationship with the parents
and siblings.
The climate of the honie is directly influences the person's pattern of
behaviour and his adjustment to life. If the home climate is favourable the
individual will be friendly, happy and cooperative. The home environment
influences the individual by the effect it has on his/her attitude towards
people. A good home environment fostered by communication between
family members, is possible when there is respect for each other's opinions.
Aperson who is well adjusted will develop a positive attitude towards life,
parents and siblings and thus behave in a manner that leads to favourable
self-acceptance. The self-accepting person evaluates himself realistically, and
therefore, he can use his capabilities effectively and in asocially desired way.

Discussion;
Parents play a very crucial role in developing favorable attitude and
socialization of the child. Both parents should agree on the values associated
with bringing up and training the children. Disharmony and discord between
parents can result in problem behavior aimong children. Similarly, sibling
relationships and mutual understanding are fundamental part of family life.
The rlationship among sibling may influence by factors like the age, sex,
views and parents support.
If the child has unfavorabie attitude towards his parents, siblings and Home
it is essential for a teachers and guidance cOunselors to have clos
interaction with the parents and the child.
