Terms and Conditions

Campaign Eligibility:
o Card Products:
▪ Blue FAB Platinum Credit Card by Al-Futtaim
▪ Blue FAB Signature Credit Card by Al-Futtaim
▪ Blue FAB Infinite Credit Card by Al-Futtaim
(each being referred to as a “Blue FAB Credit Card”)

o Eligible Customers:
▪ New customers to FAB or existing customers of FAB who apply for Blue FAB Credit Card during the
campaign period.

o Ineligible customers:
Customers who fulfil the following criteria shall not be eligible for this cashback offer:
▪ Customers who have held a Blue FAB Credit Card in the past 6 months.
▪ FAB Staff and Al Futtaim Staff
▪ Customers who currently hold a FAB credit card and who cancel their current credit card to apply for a
new Blue FAB Credit Card.

o Validity:
▪ Apply from February 1, 2025 to March 31, 2025, both days inclusive (“Offer Period”) and reach the
spend targets within sixty (60) days of the Blue FAB Credit Card by Al Futtaim being issued (“Spend
Date”).
▪ Credit Card must be activated within 15 days of card issuance to be eligible for the offer.

o Eligible Spending:
▪ All retail purchases up to the Spend Date are included.
▪ Supplementary Credit Cardholder spend will be combined with the linked principal Credit Card to
calculate spend eligible for the promotion.
▪ The following transactions are excluded from the minimum spend requirement: Cash Withdrawals
from ATMs, balance transfers from Credit Card to account/credit card, quick cash, easy payment plans,
cash advances, fees and charges from the bank, and transactions reversed or cancelled by merchants
or customers.

Cashback Offer: Spend using your Blue FAB Credit Card by Al Futtaim to receive cashback in the form of Al Futtaim FAB
Rewards and a Blue gift voucher, in accordance with the following terms:
1. Campaign incentive is only eligible for customers who apply for the card during the campaign period and meet the spend
target within 60 days of card being issued.
2. New customers to FAB or existing customers of FAB who apply for Blue FAB Credit Card by Al Futtaim and reach the
spend target by the Spend Date will receive the cashback amount as given below:

3. Fulfilment of the Cashback Offer will be initiated only after the Spend Date has passed for that customer i.e. 2 months
from card issuance.
4. Cashback shall be credited directly to a customer’s Blue FAB Credit Card statement within ninety (90) days of the end
of the Offer Period (“Credit Date”). The Blue gift card voucher will be sent to eligible customers via SMS to customer’s
registered mobile number within ninety (90) days of the end of the Offer Period.
5. To be eligible for the Cashback Offer, customers must be non-delinquent and non-blocked customers of their Blue FAB
Credit Card on the Credit Date. Any subsequent payment towards any delinquency or block which exists on the Credit
Date will not entitle the customer to receive the cashback.
6. FAB reserves the right, at its absolute discretion, to:
6.1 exclude from this Cashback Offer any Blue FAB Credit Card by Al Futtaim Cardholder who is deemed by FAB to be
engaged in any fraudulent activity or violates any of these Terms and Conditions; and
6.2 amend, modify, supplement, withdraw and/or extend this Cashback Offer or the terms and conditions applicable
thereto at any time with prior notification, in each case with giving notice and without responsibility on the Bank
or any of its employees or group entities.
7. Any disputes with regard to the Cashback Offer should be raised with FAB within 3 months of the end of the Offer
Period.
8. The FAB Master Terms and Conditions for credit cards which can be found on our website at

9. These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the federal laws of the UAE, as applicable
in the Emirate of Abu Dhabi.
10. The Abu Dhabi courts shall have exclusive jurisdiction to adjudicate any disputes arising from these terms and
conditions.

14. Follow below steps to add your Blue Gift card:
14.1Upon registration, under Wallet click Blue Gift Cards and Add a Gift Card
14.2Enter card number and PIN
15. The card cannot be exchanged for card or gift vouchers. The card cannot be returned or refunded.
16. The card can only be loaded once and cannot be topped up. The card is valid for multiple purchases up to the full
value loaded on the card.
17. As the card is transferable, Merchant is not responsible for checking the ownership of the card before acceptance at
the checkout.
