Nature of Business:
To attract medium group in Johor Bahru town less halal kopitiam/café, limited eatery for choice
during lunch time and diner after work. Halal, small portion, ready pack, for dine in, take away or
delivery. Our café take of traditional approaches where all the dishes is served by the state’s
qualified chef’s itself.

Youthful and fresh surroundings


We will imitate successful establishments, such as Jamba Juice and Starbucks, which represent the
majority of our core target market, between 18 to 35 years of age.

Quality food
Each store will offer nothing but freshly served traditional malay food with old -fashioned home-
style care. We specializes in hard-to-get spices necessary for traditional malay cuisine. If one are in
need of traditional style ingredients for the next meal, we are the best choice.

Open everyday
Our stall is open for customer everyday from 10 am to 9 pm.
Variety of choice
A different selection of spices for some traditional food will be featured every three months and we
will also change our drinks to accompany our authentic food.

Service
We provide Dine in, Take Away and Food Delivery Service with no service/delivery charge within 0-
1.0km radius. We provide daily deliveries to various parts of the city and beyond.

drizzles and coating or oozy melted fillings.

take on Malay-Halal gourmet cuisine using fine Asian ingredients, traditional and modern cooking

challenge to aid in the revival of Malay cook in cafe and allow its unique flavours and distinct

Food-a-Licious café locations will range in size from 50 – 70-meter square and will provide seat from
15 –25 guests.

This store will have unique merchandise display ideas as well as other brand-building elements. The
store will be furnished with contemporary pieces, and we'll work to make it feel open and spotlessly
clean. With glass-fronted chiller filled with a range of attractively decorated cakes and absolutely
irresistible desserts!

The traits include rapid spread and wide-ranging coverage. Creating cultural and socially conscious
