Introduction

T hank you for purchasing this guide on 21 Min. Mani-


festation. This guide is a part of the bundle and it guides
you through the basic understanding of how the mind works
and how to use the law of attraction in your favor. You will
understand what brainwave entrainment is and how to use
them in your meditation practice.
I have sketched out all the areas required for your man-
ifestation practice and will continue to update this guide.
Kindly read this guide first before starting your manifesta-
tion journey. All the best!

The Power of Your


Subconscious Mind

I f you want to learn the true art of mind power then it is


of the greatest importance you understand 2 functions of
your mind, and also how they interact with each other…
You only possess one mind, but it has 2 different func-
tions – and the names generally used to distinguish these 2
different functions are as follows.

1, The Conscious Mind


2, The Subconscious Mind

There are many other terms used. But the 2 listed above, are
the ones used most to represent the 2 main functions of your
mind.
To help us better understand the conscious and subcon-
scious mind, they may be compared to a tree and its roots…

Another name for the subconscious mind is the sleeping


mind or the unconscious mind. Both names arise because
you have completely no awareness that your subconscious
mind exists. Your subconscious mind is hardworking as it
stores almost every single experience in your life. The infor-
mation that it stores can either be helpful or destructive as
the data in your subconscious mind ultimately forms the
foundation of your belief system. The beliefs that you have
will determine how you lead your life. Now that you have a
brief understanding of what the subconscious mind is and
its power of it, I shall tell you how to make full use of your
subconscious mind in this guide.
Scientists say that we only use 10% of our minds. Think
about what I just said. We use only 10% of our minds! We

are wasting the other 90%. Think of it this way….what if we


only used 10% of our salary? Could we survive on 10% of
our salary? No way, unless you’re Bill Gates. What about eat-
ing only 10% of the food we make? Wouldn’t that be a waste
of food? What if we slept only 10% of 8 hours or 80 minutes
a day? Could we survive? What if we had only 10% of the
oxygen that was available? Could we survive? The answer to
all these questions is a resounding NO!
So why do we put up with using only 10% of our brain?
Are you living the life you want….on your terms? Are you
happy with what you’ve created or do you think it could be
better? Chances are that you are living to only 10% of your
abilities. What if you could make your life 100, 500, or 1,000%
better? I can hear you now saying…”That’s impossible” or
“that’s too hard to do.” If you did say that, you’re repeating
the same pattern in your life, which is you are using only
10% of your brain or less.
If you’re happy with using just 10% of your brain then
stop reading now. If you’re not satisfied and want to be able
to use the rest of it then keep reading. Think about the great-
ness you can achieve by using your entire mind. There have
been several great teachers of using the mind, such as Napo-
leon Hill, Ralph Waldo Emerson, Maxwell Maltz, and many
others. These men knew the secret to use the power of your
mind and how to tap into it.
I’m here to tell you that you currently possess the most
powerful tool in the Universe….your SUBCONSCIOUS
MIND. Your subconscious mind knows everything. It has all
the answers if you just use it correctly. It can lead you to a life

of harmony, wealth, health, joy, and success! This is possible


with all aspects of your life.
It’s not your fault. You were never taught how to use
your mind. The past is over and today can be a new start. It
doesn’t matter what happened before today, what matters is
what happens from today on. You must believe in your sub-
conscious mind and know that it can allow you to lead a life
of joy and success.
We live in a world full of negativity and it has become
a daily routine. All we have to do is to read a newspaper
or watch the TV and absorb into our subconscious mind
the tragedies we see. Strange as it may seem, the world is
not only about destruction and misery but it also consists of
individuals who achieved extraordinary things starting with
nothing.
You have to reprogram your subconscious mind to
achieve better results and improve your life in every aspect,
Business, Personal, Health, etc. The first step to reprogram
your subconscious mind is to focus for 30 minutes on pos-
itive thoughts. The first 15 minutes when you get up in the
morning and the last 15 minutes before you go to sleep. It’s
very critical for the first and the last daily thoughts to be
positive and especially before you go to sleep.
That time is the best time of the day to meditate and
focus on your positive messages. The mind in that condi-
tion is more receptive to messages because of the mode of
relaxation.

Avoid retaining the range of previous days for unimportant


things. That condition will increase your negativity, offering
you nothing but stress, anger, and worse health.
When you have a serious problem to solve and you are
troubled, try to relax and leave it to your subconscious before
you go to sleep. Sometimes answers come along because they
already exist in the subconscious mind.
Many scientists have used their subconscious minds to
resolve scientific problems. The same has done successful
writers like Mark Twain. Olympic Athletes imagine they win
the race many times and do continuous meditation before
they start racing.
There is an important note here. You CAN NOT fool
your subconscious mind. Whatever messages you want
to develop have to be real. If you don’t feel the message
you want to send to your subconscious mind it will be
rejected.

If you need help with a problem or are in a situation


where you have to make a tough decision and don’t know
which is the best for you. Ask your subconscious mind for
help. Let’s say you are contemplating two separate job offers
and you are having trouble deciding between the two. Ask
your subconscious mind for help by asking it. You may say
something like “Infinite wisdom of my subconscious mind,
I ask for your help in deciding what is best between these
two job offers, I ask for your help and guidance in making a
decision that is best for me.”
Be still and listen to your subconscious mind. Close your
eyes if need be and do not force anything to come to you but
just be still and listen. If the answer doesn’t come right away,
that’s ok. It’s probably searching for the answer and it may take
a little bit of time. But, I assure you, the answer will come…..
maybe the next day or next week. You just need to be alert and
have your antennas up. The answer may come from some-
thing outside of you, perhaps after you wake up. You may be
clear in your thoughts on what to do. You may read or hear
something that may enlighten you on what to do. You may
receive your answer by running into a friend and he may say
something that may help you decide. Just be patient and do
not get frustrated and think too much about it. By doing so,
you are delaying the answer from coming to you.
Finally do not expect to change your programming in a
day or two. It requires patience and time. The negative pro-
gramming of a lifetime can not be transformed into a posi-
tive mindset in a few days. If you don’t account that seriously
you will be disappointed quickly and drop all your efforts.

How does the Subconscious


Mind Work

W hen you’re first learning to drive, you’re conscious of


everything from where the brake pedal is to when
you need to turn on the signal lights. However, after a year
of driving, your subconscious mind takes over.
It operates on an auto-pilot and you can drive without
much thought. That’s why we have people eating and tex-
ting and doing all kinds of stuff instead of focusing on the
road.
The same applies to many other tasks that we do all the
time without much thought. It could be anything from using
your mobile phone to even reading this article. Initially,
learning the ropes would have been difficult. Once the sub-
conscious mind takes over, it’s automatic.

That brings us to our first point.

 Storehouse of knowledge

Your subconscious mind is a storehouse of knowledge. It


remembers everything you watch, read, hear, etc. While all
input may be stored and your conscious mind forgets about
it, in times of need, you’ll recollect some crucial information
that helps you.
This is why it’s crucial that you only consume positive,
beneficial information that helps you progress in life. Feed-
ing your mind garbage either by watching the news daily or
reading tabloids will only clutter your mind.

 Works day and night

The subconscious mind does not rest. Even when you sleep,
it’s your conscious mind that rests. Your subconscious mind
is still active and keeps your body’s processes still going.

 Practice till it’s second nature

For something to become ‘second nature to you, what it


means is that you’ve done it so often that your subconscious
mind can do it automatically. This could be anything from
riding a bicycle to twirling a pen.
The only way to reach this level of effortless skill is con-
stant practice. It may seem ironic, but truth is that repeated
practice with conscious effort is the key to unlocking your
subconscious mind’s abilities.

 The beauty of consistency

To bring out the best of your subconscious mind, consistency


is crucial. This applies to visualization exercises, meditation,
affirmations, etc.

You MUST be consistent and do them daily. This can be


considered as ‘practice’ and it’s the most potent ingredient
required to make the law of attraction work.
To conclude, your subconscious mind will look out for
you and help you reach your maximum potential if you feed
it the right information and beliefs. If your self-talk is posi-
tive, your life will be a reflection of your thoughts.

If your self-talk is negative, you’ll be stuck in a vicious


cycle of bad luck, problems, and other negative events.
How you think and how you act is crucial ALL the time
because your subconscious mind never rests. It’s always tak-
ing notes.
So, you must be conscious of your thoughts and actions
and do your best to make sure they are congruent with what
you truly want in life.
To simplify things, just remember that your subconscious
mind works on a simple principle – garbage in, garbage out.
So, protect your thoughts and strive to be positive in life
and you’ll soon be seen that nothing but the best comes your
way. Your subconscious mind is unerring and will lead you
to stratospheric levels of success if you give it a chance.
Ensure you do, and the life you want will be yours in time
to come.

11 Ways to Reprogram your


Subconscious Mind

W e often talk about reprogramming our minds as


though it’s a computer hard drive that can be wiped
clean instantly and installed with new state-of-the-art soft-
ware. If only that were the case, life would be wonderful.
In reality, reprogramming your subconscious mind will
require effort and time. Since we are creatures of habit, it will
take a while to break old patterns of thinking and replace
them with newer, more positive ones.
There are several effective ways to go about this process.
Let’s take a look at 7 ways that have been proven to work.

 Mindfulness

Mindfulness is about being aware of how you think and act


at all times. This may seem to be a contradiction because
you’re training your subconscious mind, but here you are
acting consciously all the time.
This is par for the course and the only way to break your
old/bad patterns. Anytime you’re about to think negatively,
tell yourself “Stop!” … and change your patterns.
This is just one way to go about it. Arrest old patterns in
their tracks and you’ll develop new positive ones in time to
come.

 Creative Visualization

Before you head off to your dreamland every night, spend


5 minutes every day visualizing your goals and ambitions.
Imagine yourself already achieving it and feel the emotions
that you will feel when you achieved it. This simple and easy
exercise is super effective in eliminating any negative emo-
tions that hindered your path to obtaining your goals. The
time before you head off to sleep is the perfect time to do
this exercise as this is the time where your mind is most will-
ing to accept new information. The next step to unlocking
the potential of your subconscious mind is doing positive
self-affirmations.

 Cutting out toxic people

This may be surprising. What does eliminating toxic people


from your life have to do with your subconscious mind?
The truth of the matter is that the people around you can
affect the way you think and feel. If you have big dreams and
goals and you tell them to someone with a toxic mindset,
they may say something that discourages you.
While you may dismiss it at the time, the words from
these human wet blankets will seep into your subconscious
mind and plant the seeds of disbelief in there.
It’s best to avoid them as much as you can and stay true to
your beliefs and actions without external negative influences
affecting you.

 Positive Self-affirmations

Every single morning, repeat your life aims to yourself with


an enthusiastic tone. You need to say it passionately as only
this way that your brain will register what you say. The lon-
ger you practice doing positive affirmations, the more you
believe in your goals and you already have to reprogram
your subconscious mind that you can achieve it.

 Watching what you mentally consume

The TV shows you watch, the books you read, the news
you devour, the music you listen to, and so on, have a direct
impact on how you think.
You must feed your mind positive information so that
your life is a positive reflection of your thoughts. Most of the
news is usually negative. They’re designed to stir your emo-
tions and rile you up.
That’s how the media outlets increase readership. You’re
just a cog in their money-making empire that has multiple
agendas – none of which will benefit you.
Cut out your consumption of this news and stick to books
and audios on positivity and joy.

 Subliminal Programming

Spend about 10 to 20 minutes every day listening and watch-


ing subliminal videos or audiotapes. Subliminal CDs are
readily available in your local CD stores. These CDs can
improve your life but you need to listen to them regularly.

The downside is that the effect is temporary so you need to


listen to them daily. They are also very convenient to listen
to as they are portable. You can place them in your mp3s and
listen to them while working out. While driving your car,
you can also listen to them..

 Self-reflection

There’s immeasurable power in self-reflection. Look back on


how your life has turned out and see if it was your thoughts
and actions that got you there. What did you do wrong?
Could you have done better? What would you have
changed? Did self-limiting beliefs hold you back?
Once you have the answers, you’ll know what you need
to change to get better.

 Small habits

A change in bad habits will transform your life. Don’t aim to


make massive changes. Just try to incorporate small positive
changes in your life every single day and keep them going.
This could be 5 minutes of meditation a day or visualizing
for 5 minutes before bedtime, or journaling, etc. These little
habits done repeatedly will sear them into your subconscious
mind and make all the difference.

 Adopt an attitude of gratitude

It’s impossible to be negative if you’re constantly grateful for


all that you have. Strive to adopt an attitude of gratitude. Be

thankful for all the countless blessings that you have, and
more will be showered upon you.
You’ll be less likely to have negative thoughts or emo-
tions. You’ll revel in life and be a walking bundle of joy. You
have to try it for yourself and see how it works wonders.
This is one of the most important factors for bringing out
the best in your subconscious mind and manifesting mira-
cles in your life.

 Focus on the now instead of the how

Very often, when we desire something, we think of how we


can achieve it. This can place limitations on your subcon-
scious mind because our conscious mind does not know
everything.
What you should do is focus on acting as if whatever you
want is already yours. Want a dream home? Go ahead and
walk around your small apartment acting like you’re already
in a mansion.
It may seem silly, but your subconscious mind can’t dif-
ferentiate fact from fiction if the emotions you feel are real.
Do not worry about how you’ll get the house, etc. Just
believe that it’s yours and a realm of opportunities will open
up to you to allow you to manifest your dreams into reality.

 Creating a Positive Environment

Choose a place where you regularly work. This could be


your study room or your workplace. Then, put up positive

and motivational posters. The more posters you put up,


the fewer the negative thoughts you will think of and the
faster your subconscious mind will internalize those posi-
tive beliefs. Your mind is an unbelievable thing; it will go on
autopilot to pick up those positive phrases in your posters.
Soon, you will feel easily energized in your workplace and
get things down quickly. Do the above faithfully and I can
assure you that you will see results very soon.

 Meditation

Meditation is nothing but bringing our thoughts to ‘one


thought’. You may practice any meditation technique but all
of those include focusing on only one. So when you focus on
one thought your brain goes to the flow state or your brain
waves perform 4Hz. - 7.5Hz so from all the chaos to being
one makes you rewire your brain and at this moment fill in
what you need and thus manifest it into reality.
This is the best and most powerful way to reprogram
your subconscious mind. Let go of your need to figure it all
out on your own, and let your subconscious mind take over.
By adopting these 11 methods, you’ll not only reprogram
your subconscious mind, but you’ll elevate your thought
patterns and attract whatever you want more easily.

Attract Abundance -
The Universal Law

“W hatever the mind of man can conceive and believe,


it can achieve” - Napoleon Hill.
Do you wonder why some people have luxury cars, own
houses, great relationships, healthy, steady as a rock while
others lack everything and struggle?
The answer to this is so deep and you need a new mindset
to understand this question. In this guide, I have illustrated
everything you need to achieve & manifest your dreams
(anything). Your goal may be small or bigger than anything
in this world but remember this strategy mentioned in this
guide is the formula for your success. Whatever the limita-
tion you think is the limitation you are keeping it.

The Universal Law of Attraction states:

We attract whatever we choose to give our attention


to--whether wanted or unwanted.

Most of the time, we attract by ‘default’ rather than by delib-


erate choice. We just sort of go through our day, focusing on
problems that need to be solved or on things that did not
feel good nor seem right. In doing so, we are creating more
problems, more of what does not feel good, and more of
what does not seem right.

Think of yourself as a huge magnet. The kind that pulls metal


to itself from afar off. It doesn’t “try” to attract, it simply does
attract. It is the same way for us. Whether or not we are trying
to attract, we ARE doing so all the time. (Except when we are
asleep.) And we attract the likeness of what we think about.
If we are thinking about a lack of something, we are attract-
ing more lack (scarcity). If we are thinking about something
we love, we are attracting more of what we love and enjoy. I
know it sounds incredibly simple, and it is.
We, humans, are very powerful attractors and we can use
this wonderful, god-given power to attract more of what we
want in life simply by paying attention to where we place our
thoughts and desires.
An old proverb just came to my mind: “As a man thinks
in his heart, so is he.” Proverbs 23:7 It’s interesting that the
writer of this proverb says “thinks in his heart” because most
of the time, we think that we think with our mind. How-
ever, it is truly from the heart where we do our thinking, our
believing, our ‘ vibrating.’
It is from the heart that we attract. Picture your heart as
a powerful magnet. The heart is the ‘vibrator’ of all signals
that attract.
Think of a radio. It has many different stations. To tune
into a station you dial a specific frequency. As soon as we
turn our attention to something (dialed its frequency) it
begins its journey to us.
To be rid of something you do not want in your life, sim-
ply tune in to a different vibration (frequency or radio sta-
tion)--to something that you do want.

I see the art of Deliberate Attraction as consisting of three


parts:

1. Getting very clear about what it is I am wanting


2. Raising my vibration until it matches what I want
3. Allowing what I want to come to me
We have the opportunity to gain clarity in knowing precisely
what we want, through the many ‘contrasts’ that life offers
us. The key to successfully using contrast is to observe it
briefly and use it to help you decide what you do want. This
takes a little practice since our habit is to talk about, tell oth-
ers about and focus on what we did not like.
It is usually part three that trips me up. I have held onto
some self-limiting beliefs for a very long time so long that I
no longer recognize them, yet they are still vibrating below
the surface, canceling out what I am wanting.
My work is to let go of all resistance and believe that what
I am wanting will come to me--simply because I want it.
Your Thoughts & the law of attraction:

If the law of attraction is so simple then why doesn’t


the entire world get what they want? And why do peo-
ple struggle?. The Law of attraction is simple and this
formula to get what you want is the superpower. But
to retain this Superpower is not that simple, one needs
sadhana (practice), discipline, and belief.
We have all heard the expression, “if at first, you don’t
succeed, try, try again.” But to carry on without thinking
about why you failed only leads to more failure.

The ability to create is a God-given gift. A gift is given


to everyone without exception. Thought is the first step
to manifesting any creation. Thoughts are energy, they
are real. Your thoughts act as magnets and attract other
thoughts, people, and circumstances that harmonize with
them.
Thoughts operate and adhere to certain universal laws.
Without these laws there would be no order; the universe
itself would sink into chaos.
The Law of Attraction states that like attracts like. Much
of what was once considered metaphysical, esoteric knowl-
edge in the past is now scientific fact. Physics has shown that
the principles involved in the Law of Attraction are every bit
as valid as those governing the Law of Gravity. So it should

come as no surprise that dwelling only on your problems


simply attracts more problems.
The idea of attracting success by thinking about it is very
appealing. So appealing in fact, people often get the wrong
impression that it’s easy. Affirmations can be helpful, but
mindless affirmations alone have no real value. On the other
hand, once an affirmation becomes part of your belief sys-
tem the subconscious goes to work attracting opportunities.
It is not the success itself we attract, but the opportunity to
succeed.
Our world is ruled by cause and effect, yet we often fail to
see how this rule applies to the thoughts we think. This hap-
pens because the results of our thoughts are so far removed
from the cause that we fail to see the connection.
The subconscious mind is working tirelessly 24 hours a
day. It doesn’t analyze, it doesn’t judge, it simply accepts and
attracts more of what the conscious mind is focused on. Are
you attracting problems or solutions? By focusing on desire
and showing gratitude for what you already have, the sub-
conscious mind is given the necessary material to provide a
constant stream of opportunities. Whether we take advan-
tage of these opportunities or not is another story.
It’s impossible to operate outside the law of attraction.
Consciously or unconsciously your thoughts, feelings, and
emotions, determine if this law works for or against you.
Stay focused on your success and reaching your goals. As
one success leads to another, success becomes a habit. Prob-
lems and obstacles are seen as no more than stepping stones
on the road to your ultimate goal.

Thoughts Become Things

Y our thoughts will turn into reality! Do you know every


day on average we get 60,000+ thoughts and out of
this 90% of those thoughts are negative or unwanted? That’s
crazy!
We want to think what we want but we are thinking what
we don’t and guess what you attract and turn into reality.
From birth till you age 20 years you have attracted 73,000
unwanted thoughts (10 every day) and this is sitting in your
subconscious mind. I will give you an example - One person
starts their business at 15 years while another person doesn’t
start at all and rely on a salary. I am not saying employment
is wrong but the point is when you hear about the business
we have always believed it’s risky, unpredictable, needs huge
investments and the reasons go on and on.
The second person is wired towards ‘Limiting belief ’. A
limiting belief is a state of mind, conviction, or belief that
you think to be true that limits you in some way.[1] This

limiting belief could be about you, your interactions with


other people, or with the world and how it works.
Limiting beliefs can have several negative effects on you.
They could keep you from making good choices, taking new
opportunities, or reaching your potential. Ultimately, limit-
ing beliefs can keep you stuck in a negative state of mind and
hinder you from living the life you truly desire.

We are where we are, because of our thoughts in the past.


Thoughts become things. We consciously or subconsciously
always think about something. The problem is that we usu-
ally think more about things we donít want, than about the
things we want. It doesnít matters if we want or donít want
something, we’ll get what we mostly think about.
Try to observe your thoughts for a day or two. Do you
mostly think about the things that you worry about, you
donít want them to happen, you are afraid of, or do you
mostly think about pleasant and wonderful things?

Your present situation is the result of your predominant


state of mind in the past. And you are creating your future
now. Your future will be like your predominant state of mind
now.
The past is gone. You can’t change it, but if you are dwell-
ing on the unhappy past now, you arenít feeling happy now,
and you are creating an unhappy future.
If you want to change the way you are and create your
reality then you need to get rid of Limiting belief and start
thinking about the things you want.
Because you’re creating the future now, only the present
is important. By having a predominantly happy and posi-
tive state of mind now, you’re creating your happy and pos-
itive future. Itís called the Law of Attraction. You can attract
whatever you want in your life: happiness, wealth, perfect
health, love, and wonderful relationships.
But you can also attract things and situations that you
donít want. We do it subconsciously all the time.
Because you are energy, you are like a magnet; everything
is energy, you, your mind, and your body. But you can con-
trol your body, and you can also control your mind.
Your mind can be your best friend or your worst enemy.
If you donít control your mind and allow it to dwell on neg-
ative thoughts and feelings, itís your worst enemy, because it
creates your unhappy future. If you control your mind, itís
your best friend because it becomes your best friend which
will create your great future.
Of course, the lives of most people are a mixture of hap-
piness and unhappiness because of their flickering states of

mind. Now, because of knowing and understanding the law


of attraction, you can start creating your happy future and be
sure that you’ll get what you want in life.
People like Plato, Newton, Carnegie, Beethoven, Shake-
speare, Einstein, and many others knew the law of attraction
and lived according to the law of attraction, but it was a secret
for most people. Now a lot of people are learning about the
secret, the law of attraction, and the science of manifestation.
The Quantum Mechanics of Changing your Thoughts :

Every thought and emotion has its vibrational fre-


quency or wave frequency. Quantum mechanics has
demonstrated how a wave frequency can be altered.
The shape of a wave has peaks and valleys. Energy
waves are encoders and carriers of information with
an infinite storage capacity. When you overlay an
opposite-shaped wave onto an original wave, the orig-
inal wave is straightened. Essentially you cancel out
the characteristics of the original wave by overlaying
a new exact opposite set of peaks and valleys on top of
it. You change the vibrational frequency.

Let’s extend this now to understanding the mechanics of


changing thoughts or emotional patterns. Comprehending
this is taking into consideration the subatomic causal level of
thinking and feeling. If you identify an exact opposite positive
thought to counter a negative thought you are using this princi-
ple. Take a moment and think about the word stress. Now take
a moment and think about the word relax. Think about the

word fear and now the word safe. It sounds simple and it is. The
trick is you have over 60, 000 thoughts per day to work with. In
any case, this is the basic idea and where the positive thinking
movement has made a powerful impact in changing lives.

Quantum Mechanics -
Your True Potential

“E verything is energy and that’s all there is to it. Match


the frequency of the reality you want and you cannot
help but get that reality. It can be no other way. This is not
philosophy. This is Physics. “
Dr. Masuro Emoto conducted breakthrough research
demonstrating the power of the mind. His research centers
around the ability of thought (intention) to affect water.
Water is an ideal substance to test the power of positive
and negative energy given it is highly sensitive to absorbing
energy. In brief, his research involves bottles of water labeled
with words and phrases such as love, gratitude, illness, and
worry. After a designated period, the water is then frozen
and its molecular structure is observed under a microscope.
The results are astonishing. The molecular structure of water
labeled with positive thoughts looks significantly different
than the water labeled with negative thoughts. The positive

thoughts led to shapes that are light crystalline-like perfect


snowflakes while the negative thoughts led to unformed,
dark shapes. One obvious conclusion of this research is that
given that your body is primarily comprised of water, your
mind has incredible power to influence your physical and
emotional well-being.

The Law of Attraction teaches that we attract into our lives


whatever we focus on. Quantum Physics teaches that noth-
ing is fixed, that there are no limitations, that everything is
vibrating Energy. By understanding that everything is Energy
in a state of potential and by applying the Law of Attraction
to bring into our lives what we focus on, it is never necessary
to feel stuck with an undesirable life.
We are Creators of the Universe. The classical physics of
Newton takes a material perspective in which the Universe is

composed of discrete building blocks, solid and unchange-


able. Quantum physics takes a spiritual perspective in which
there are no separate parts, in which everything is fluid and
always changing.
The physical world is a sea of Energy constantly flashing
into and out of existence. It is through our thoughts that we
transform this ever-changing Energy into observable reality.
Therefore, we can create our reality with our thoughts. With
quantum physics, science is leaving behind the notion that
human beings are powerless victims and moving toward an
understanding that we are fully empowered creators of our
lives and our world.
With Newton, we were insignificant cogs in the Univer-
sal Machinery. With quantum physics, we are the Creators
of the Universe.
Everything is Energy. Einstein’s 1905 formula E = mc2
explains the relationship between Energy and matter, i.e.,
that Energy and matter are interchangeable – that, in reality,
everything is Energy – dancing, fluid, ever-changing Energy.
This Energy is influenced by our thoughts. It is shapea-
ble, formable, and moldable. As Creators, we shape, form,
and mold the energy of the Universe through our thoughts.
We transform the Energy of our thoughts into the Energy of
our reality.
The Physics of Possibility. The popular movie, What the
Bleep Do We Know!?, clarifies that quantum physics is the
physics of possibility. We have been conditioned to believe
that the external world is more real than the internal world.
Quantum physics says just the opposite. It says that what’s

happening on the inside determines what’s happening on


the outside. It says that our world is shaped by our thoughts.
Since nothing is fixed and everything is in a state of poten-
tial, everything is possible. As we understand that everything
is possible, and as we focus our thoughts on what we want to
attract, we can call into existence whatever we desire.
My ten-year-old neighbor loves the expression – “It could
happen!” He probably doesn’t know much about the physics
of possibility, but he practices it with his great attitude. He
reminds me to entertain the possibility. He reminds me that
nothing is impossible.
Dreams into Reality. The Universe exists as infinite
potential in infinite abundance. As we focus our thoughts,
we have the power to bring our desires into existence, our
dreams into reality. As we focus our thoughts, we have the
power to be and do and have whatever we desire.

I f you have watched the popular movie, The Secret by


Rhonda Bryne it says whatever you focus on it expands
and you get what you want. The key to getting what you
desire is the frequency you are. If you are feeling doubtful,
guilt, fearful, and low self-esteem then as per the law you
attract the same into your reality.
The secret movie tells us what to focus on but you need
to understand how to bring your focus on what you want by
raising your frequency every day. Like I said in the begin-
ning it’s a sadhana (practice) to perform.
Look closely at the Frequency meter.

The higher frequency you are the more good you feel and
the desired event you meet.

Manifestation :

Manifestation is a process used to create or allow circum-


stances, effects, or material to exist. The beginning step is
a conscious decision and absolute conviction to allow that
which you have realized that you truly desire to be real. It
cannot start until you know exactly what it is you want.
Vague ideas produce vague results if any.
Once you determine and define that which you strongly
desire, be it fame, fortune, love, inner peace, or anything else,
Manifestation can begin. You must be able to concentrate on
what you desire, though, not the lack of it. To spend time
wishing for something that is not there puts all your energy

into creating more of its absence. Proper training into where


to direct your thought energy is necessary for most people.
Fortunately, the material has already been gathered for you,
for to search through centuries of writings of Manifestation
Masters would take up a large part of your lifetime.
You must learn to concentrate in the very present moment,
without distraction or resistance. Your thoughts must not be
watered down with imagined worries or fears of what may
or may not happen. To gather all of your energy together
and imagine the worst-case scenario of the existence you
truly do not desire gives it a life of its own and you may well
manifest this instead of what you do want.
The contemplation of what does not exist right now
is why you begin your practice of manifestation, so this
immensely powerful process must be trained on the correct
targets. According to Quantum Physics, nothing ever can be
created or destroyed, so therefore everything must already
exist. You must learn truthful and accurate ways to manifest
the proper outcome or destroy your life in the process. Many
people with enormous perceived potential spend their lives
wandering because they concentrate on the lack of prosper-
ity instead of the unfailing lavish abundance that already
exists throughout the universe, and is available to anyone
with access to the keys.
When your thought energy is channeled along the right
vectors, nothing that you can imagine can be created by you.
All you have ever dreamed of is waiting for you to choose,
and manifest into existence for yourself. Manifestation is an
omnipotent force that cannot be reckoned with, once set

into motion. Learn the absolute reality of manifestation, and


all you crave is yours to accept.
Manifestation is what we do naturally and it shows up in
all facets of our lives if we realize it or not.
When you are inspired or not inspired, you created it.
If you could look back at a record of all the things that you
thought or felt on a subject you could probably identify what
thoughts and feelings created the results that you are experi-
encing right now.
It is possible to start to do this more consciously and link
these results to what you were thinking and feeling.
Start small and look at things that are in your life and
think for a moment what thoughts and feelings you have had
in that area. Interesting!
In the beginning, it can seem a little vague as you start to
put together the puzzle and remember thoughts and feelings
that would make sense to have created that result, but you
are unsure. As you practice this skill you become clearer and
clearer as to the connections.
Often it is unconscious thoughts that control the creation
of things but if you watch your thoughts and feelings you
will normally notice their presence and content.
They may be following your positive thoughts or they
may just be recurring limiting thoughts created a long time
ago, either way just gives them no notice for now and con-
tinue to think the thoughts and feelings of what you want.
When you think about the things that you want, do your
best to feel good about those things, this lifts your vibration
closer to achieving those things.

If you feel negative thoughts or feelings just realize what


they are and bring your focus back to feeling good about
what you want. Negative feelings have little power if you do
not dwell on them or give energy to them
As your positive focus on what you want continues,
power starts to build in that direction and energy starts to
flow to create those things. This is a natural process.
So focus on what you want and feel good about it. This
raises the vibration of your energy towards beautiful things.
If you start to feel bad just realize that your focus has
shifted to some old pattern of thought and gently bring it
back to what you would like to think about and feel.
Allow the energy to build until what you want is deliv-
ered. Be open to things that excite you as they may be the
beginning steps of the delivery.
Be gentle with yourself in the beginning as it can take
some time to build new habits and your thoughts may drift
without noticing. A consistent self-loving effort will bring
great results and change your life

Creative Visualization

“W hatever you visualize will get materialize”


Our Conscious mind and Subconscious mind
don’t know the difference between reality and visualization.
It simply takes what you feed. Remember whatever your
mind conceives it manifests into reality.
Visualization is by far one of the most powerful tools for
a good setting and attracting what you want. Yet few people
know how to properly visualize. With the right technique,
you can begin to see outstanding results in successfully
attracting what you want, granting you full application of
what you learn.

First, you are visualizing all the time. You may not be aware
of it but you are always conjuring up images in your mind.
When you are speaking on the telephone to someone you
are most of ten-time trying to see in your mind what they are
telling you. You also visualize when you are deep in thought.
When you are worrying about paying your debt or worrying
about the way you would like to live your life you are also
visualizing what you want.
The hard part however is to use that creative force to attract
the things you want. This is where many people go wrong.
Here is a great test to help you understand the most effec-
tive way to visualize. Think of the last time you were deep in
thought. Now try to remember what that felt like. If you can
recall that time, you will notice that you were deep inside of
yourself. You were unaware of anyone or anything and as

you were allowing yourself to visualize you could feel clearly


that you were having the experience as if it were real. That is
the power of visualization.
When people ask all the time How do I visualize the things
I want, I tell them the same way you visualize the things that
you donít want. You see when you are feeling anxious and
fearful you lock yourself away in your inner mind with those
images. You lose sight of other possibilities and if it is some-
thing that happened to you, then you recreate it in its full
detail with all your emotions all over again.
Try to immerse yourself with full emotions when you are
trying to create the things you want. Many thoughts may come
to distract you but if you will redirect your mind to what you
do want your mind will be trained to hold that thought.
You have an awesome power that most of us have never
been taught to use effectively.
Elite athletes use it. The super-rich uses it. And peak per-
formers in all fields now use it.
The daily practice of visualizing your dreams as already
complete can rapidly accelerate your achievement of those
dreams, goals, and ambitions.
Visualization of your goals and desires accomplishes four
very important things.

1.) It activates your creative subconscious which will start


generating creative ideas to achieve your goal.
2.) It programs your brain to more readily perceive and
recognize the resources you will need to achieve your
dreams.

3.) It activates the law of attraction, thereby drawing into


your life the people, resources, and circumstances you
will need to achieve your goals.
4.) It builds your internal motivation to take the necessary
actions to achieve your dreams.

Visualization is quite simple. You sit in a comfortable posi-


tion, close your eyes and imagine — in as vivid detail as you
can — what you would be looking at if the dream you have
were already realized. Imagine being inside of yourself, look-
ing out through your eyes at the ideal result.

Mental Rehearsal

Athletes call this visualization process “mental rehearsal,”


and they have been using it since the 1960s when we learned
about it from the Russians.
All you have to do is set aside a few minutes a day. The
best times are when you first wake up, after meditation or
prayer, and right before you go to bed. These are the times
you are most relaxed.

Go through the following three steps:

STEP 1. Imagine sitting in a movie theater, the lights dim, and


then the movie starts. It is a movie of you doing perfectly what-
ever it is that you want to do better. See as much detail as you
can create, including your clothing, the expression on your
face, small body movements, the environment, and any other

people that might be around. Add in any sounds you would


be hearing — traffic, music, other people talking, cheering.
And finally, recreate in your body any feelings you think you
would be experiencing as you engage in this activity.

STEP 2. Get out of your chair, walk up to the screen, open


a door in the screen and enter into the movie. Now experi-
ence the whole thing again from inside of yourself, looking
out through your eyes. This is called an “embodied image”
rather than a “distant image.” It will deepen the impact of the
experience. Again, see everything in vivid detail, hear the
sounds you would hear, and feel the feelings you would feel.

STEP 3. Finally, walk back out of the screen that is still


showing the picture of you performing perfectly, return to
your seat in the theater, reach out and grab the screen and
shrink it down to the size of a cracker. Then, bring this min-
iature screen up to your mouth, chew it up, and swallow it.
Imagine that each tiny piece — just like a hologram — con-
tains the full picture of you performing well. Imagine all
these little screens traveling down into your stomach and
out through the bloodstream into every cell of your body.
Then imagine that every cell of your body is lit up with a
movie of you performing perfectly. It’s like one of those
appliance store windows where 50 televisions are all tuned
to the same channel.
When you have finished this process — it should take less
than five minutes — you can open your eyes and go about
your business. If you make this part of your daily routine,

you will be amazed at how much improvement you will see


in your life.

Create Goal Pictures

Another powerful technique is to create a photograph or pic-


ture of yourself with your goal as if it were already completed.
If one of your goals is to own a new car, take your camera
down to your local auto dealer and have a picture taken of
yourself sitting behind the wheel of your dream car. If your
goal is to visit Paris, find a picture or poster of the Eiffel Tower
and cut out a picture of yourself and place it into the picture.

Create a Visual Picture and an Affirmation for


Each Goal

We recommend that you find or create a picture of every aspect


of your dream life. Create a picture or a visual representation
for every goal you have — financial, career, recreation, new
skills and abilities, things you want to purchase, and so on.
When we were writing the very first Chicken Soup for
the Soul® book, we took a copy of the New York Times best-
seller list, scanned it into our computer, and using the same
font as the newspaper, typed Chicken Soup for the Soul into
the number one position in the “Paperback Advice, How-To
and Miscellaneous” category. We printed several copies and
hung them up around the office. Less than two years later,
our book was the number one book in that category and
stayed there for over a year!

Index Cards

We practice a similar discipline every day. We each have a list


of about 30-40 goals we are currently working on. We write
each goal on a 3×5 index card and keep those cards near our
bed and take them with us when we travel. Each morning
and each night we go through the stack of cards, one at a
time, read the card, close our eyes, see the completion of that
goal in its perfect desired state for about 15 seconds, open
our eyes and repeat the process with the next card.

Use Affirmations to Support Your Visualization

An affirmation is a statement that evokes not only a picture


but the experience of already having what you want. Here’s
an example of an affirmation:
I am happily vacationing 2 months out of the year in a
tropical paradise and working just four days a week owning
my own business.
Repeating an affirmation several times a day keeps you
focused on your goal, strengthens your motivation, and pro-
grams your subconscious by sending an order to your crew
to do whatever it takes to make that goal happen.

Expect Results

By writing down your goals, using the power of visualization,


and repeating your affirmations, you can achieve amazing
results.

Visualization and affirmations allow you to change your


beliefs, assumptions, and opinions about the most import-
ant person in your life — YOU! They allow you to harness
the 18 billion brain cells in your brain and get them all work-
ing in a singular and purposeful direction.
Your subconscious will become engaged in a process that
transforms you forever. The process is invisible and doesn’t
take a long time. It just happens over time, as long as you
put in the time to visualize and affirm, surround yourself
with positive people, read uplifting books and listen to audio
programs that flood your mind with positive, life-affirming
messages.

Being Grateful -
The door to abundance

T hanking the universe for what you have and opening


the door for what you want. Gratitude is the most pow-
erful conscious technique to shift your focus or your current
situation to stay grounded. Once you feel grateful from the
bottom of your heart you feel good and this feeling makes
you in the present situation, not the past or future.
It helps you shift your attention to the positive, improve
your perspective, and appreciate what is working well in
your life. This, in turn, increases your energy and your hap-
piness. Not a bad outcome for an investment of five minutes
or less a day!

Could Gratitude Help You?


It’s easy to drift into focusing on the negative, on prob-
lems, and on what isn’t working in your life. But what you
focus on expands. So focusing on the negative and problems
get you more of that, not the enjoyment and fulfillment in
life you long for.
If you could use a little improvement in your attitude
(and who couldn’t!) gratitude could be very helpful.
Robert Emmons, Professor of Psychology at the Univer-
sity of California, Davis, says gratitude is “an attitude we can
choose that makes life better for ourselves and other people.
I think about it as the best approach to life. . .When things
go well gratitude enables us to savor things going well. When
things go poorly gratitude enables us to get over those situa-
tions and realize they are temporary.”
Psychologists, spiritual teachers, writers, and researchers
say that gratitude can:

** Shift your focus to what has gone well or delighted you
** Help you not take things for granted
** Make you more resilient to life’s hassles and stress
** Encourage your satisfaction with life
** Increase your compassion
** Enrich your experience of life

Who doesn’t want some or all of this?

A Gratitude Practice
So how do you incorporate more gratitude into your life?
I recommend a daily practice of some kind. For instance,
you could:

– Keep a gratitude journal. Each night write five things for


which you are grateful.

Or

– Before you go to bed, give thanks for one thing for which
you’ve never before been consciously grateful.

Making the practice a part of your daily routine will regularly


focus your attention on gratitude. Knowing you’ll be doing
this each evening will raise your awareness and attention
throughout the day. “Oh, I need to remember that tonight.”
“What am I going to be grateful for this evening?”

Grateful to Whom?
Charles Fillmore, the co-founder of Unity church, wrote “It
has been found by experience that a person increases his bless-
ings by being grateful for what he has. Gratitude even on the
mental plane is a great magnet. When gratitude is expressed
from the spiritual standpoint it is powerfully augmented.”
If you believe in God, a Supreme Being, the Universe, or
a Higher Power, send your gratitude in those directions. If
you don’t believe or aren’t sure what you believe in, focus
more on what you’re grateful for and don’t worry about to
what or whom you are grateful. It will still work!

Grateful for What?


In my initial gratitude practice, each night as I brushed
my teeth (I couldn’t miss the opportunity to double task!) I’d
think of three things for which I was grateful. In the last 10
years or so, I write each night in my journal five things for
which I’m grateful.
I’d be lying if I said it was easy every night. When I’m
feeling low, it’s tough to think of anything for which I truly
feel grateful. Still, I persist and eventually come up with five
things. Many nights I have so much I feel grateful for that I
can’t write fast enough.
Brother David Steindl-Rast says “We go through life in
a daze. A power failure makes us aware of what gift elec-
tricity is, a sprained ankle lets us appreciate walking as a
gift, a sleepless night, sleep. How much we are missing in
life by noticing gifts only when we are suddenly deprived
of them!”

To get you thinking about what you’re grateful for, here


are a few ideas taken from my gratitude journal. Cozy shelter
in the storm. My health. Skagit Valley raspberries. Fragrant
lilacs. Driving with the convertible top down. Humming-
birds. Books. Work I love. Toddlers. Samish Island. Feeling
peaceful. (Wow, just listing these makes me feel great! I could
go on for pages — and I won’t.)
What you are grateful for will differ from me. The gifts
and the abundance in each of our lives are so vast that the
possibilities are limitless.

In Your Life

To begin playing with the practice of gratitude, here are two


suggestions.

1) Start with a big infusion of gratitude. Take 5 or 10 or


even 30 minutes right now. Write as many things as
you can think of for which you are grateful. Notice
how writing this list changes your energy.
2) Choose a daily practice (see ‘A Gratitude Practice’
above) and play with it for two weeks. Notice how this
practice affects you. See if this is a practice you’d like
to continue or if you’d like to try another one.

Practice gratitude and see how it changes your life.


When you start doing as described above, at first you
might feel strange that you are using present tense for the
things you want to have in the future, but itís important to

train your mind and force your mind to think about them in
the present tense. After some time of playing such ìmental
ping pongî, your mind will obey and will help you to achieve
the things you want.

Brainwave Entrainment - Wire


your brain for success

M editation has been practiced since ancient times, but


today, in the busy and dynamic, even agitated mod-
ern world, meditation or taking time for ourselves is almost
a must. And since more and more people are interested to
benefit from the positive effects of relaxation and medita-
tion, scientists and specialists have become more interested
in studying all the aspects of meditation, how it works and
how it can have maximum efficiency. And one of the most
recent results of this researches is brainwave meditation.
Brainwaves are electrical impulses in the brain. An indi-
vidual’s behavior, emotions, and thoughts are communi-
cated between neurons within our brains. All brain waves
are produced by synchronized electrical pulses from masses
of neurons communicating with each other. Our brain
waves occur at various frequencies. Some are fast and some
are slow. The classic names of these EEG bands are delta,

theta, alpha, beta, and gamma. They are measured in cycles


per second or hertz (Hz).

Delta brainwaves (1-3 Hz) are the slowest, highest amplitude


brain waves, and are what we experience when we are asleep.
In general, different levels of awareness are associated with
dominant brainwave states.
Theta brainwaves (4-7 Hz) brain waves represent a day-
dreamy, spacey state of mind that is associated with mental
inefficiency. At very slow levels, theta brain wave activity is
a very relaxed state, representing the twilight zone between
waking and sleep.
Alpha brain waves (8-12 Hz.) are slower and larger. They
are associated with a state of relaxation and represent the
brain shifting into an idling gear, waiting to respond when
needed. If we close our eyes and begin picturing something
peaceful, there is an increase in alpha brainwaves.

Beta brain waves (13 – 38 Hz) are small, faster brain


waves associated with a state of mental, intellectual activity
and outwardly focused concentration. This is a state of alert-
ness.
Gamma brainwaves (39 – 42 Hz) are the fastest and most
subtle brain waves. Gamma rhythms modulate perception
and consciousness.
Binaural beats are unique sounds recorded in such a way
that they re-adjust the brain wave frequencies of the listener
automatically. Through a technological technique that has
been named brain entrainment, binaural beats can change
the mental and physical state of anyone who listens.
Analysis has shown that some brainwaves, like intense
relaxation, are ideal for learning and retaining new infor-
mation while delta brainwave states promote relaxed healthy
sleep. Until the adaptation of binaural beats tapes, CDs,
and MP3s, the only technique to create deliberate changes
in your brainwave patterns was with deep meditation. For
thousands of years, this type of meditation has only been
possible for practitioners of meditation with over 20 years of
experience, such as Zen Buddhist Monks.
However, by using binaural beats it is now possible for
every person to enter these kinds of meditative states within
minutes only by using good headphones and a specifically
recorded pre-made binaural beats recording.
Although the science of brain entrainment is a bit com-
plex to explore, the basic premise is easy to comprehend.
Binaural beats were discovered by Heinrich Wilhelm Dove
when he was an Associate Professor at the University in Ber-

lin. Prof Dove discovered that when 2 similar sounds, that


differ only slightly in frequency, are presented separately to
the left and right ear (Binaural) they will cause a pulsation or
beat type effect to occur in the brain.
It was in the late ‘70s when Scientific American pub-
lished the research paper by Dr. Gerald Oster called
“Auditory Beats in the Brain”. This paper showed how Dr.
Oster took Prof. Dove’s discovery and through research
found that by utilizing these binaural beats he could direct
the brain processes of the listener to match the internal
beat created by the binaural beats. When this occurred the
brainwaves of the listener began to resonate with the same
frequency as the binaural beats. Thus Oster found that
through this technology he was able to change the brain-
wave frequencies of the listener and bring about deliberate
mental states.

To the normal person, this would just be another scientific


discovery that has nothing to do with real life and our every-
day routines were it not for the fact that everything you do in
life has a corresponding brainwave pattern. Most times the
effects you wish to create are affected by the state your brain-
waves are in at that moment. The things you do have a domi-
nant frequency associated with everyone. When you are in a
state of deep relaxation when asleep your brain has a specific
frequency associated with it with specific patterns such as
Theta waves. When you are in a physical state where you are
alert and intensely concentrating your brain is engaged in
Beta or even Gamma frequency patterns. When you enter
a state of focused relaxation like enjoying TV, imagining, or
while under the influence of hypnosis, you are in the Alpha

which would normally take an entire life to achieve by prac-
ticing meditation, can be prompted within minutes using

“This all sounds great”, you may say but how does it affect
me? Is it possible to induce meditative states at will using

How to Practice Sadhana : 21 Min. Manifestation

In this guide, you have learned the basics of everything that


is required for your manifestation journey. All the scientific
researches and real-life examples and much more. Now you
know the terms of Law of Attraction, Vibration, Thoughts,
Meditation, etc.
So it’s time to practice this as sadhana (practice) in your
daily life. One simple sadhana I am going to tell you for at
least 21 days to make it a habit.
Grateful Morning - Every day when you get up in the
morning the first 15 min are the most crucial mornings as
you know you will be awake from the delta stage.
Practice Silence for the first 15 min in the bed itself as
soon as you wake up
Don’t touch your phone or try to talk to anyone for at
least 60mins.
Once you are done with your Nitya karmas (toilet) start
your physical exercise
Start your day with 20 Min. walking and followed by 11
times Surya Namaskar
Sit for Meditation (You can choose any meditation track
given in the folder) which is Theta brain wave session
Write or Tell yourself 5 grateful things about your present
life - Stay Grounded
Start Your Affirmation about your Goals - Feel Confident
This is one of the best ways to manifest your goals. The
first 60 min. For yourself no matter what business tensions

When you master this key then the door of success will open.
I advise the following rules to practice while doing this
sadhana

 Less Social Media - Instead of funny videos replace


them with informational & educational videos
 No Non-Vegetarian Food - I understand how good a
chicken tastes but eating food that gives your energy
is the holistic experience you will have
 Avoid Gossiping / Companining or thinking negatively
about someone. Try to focus only on yourselves and
how to improve
 Expectations - Some people want instant results by
doing only one session of meditation and it doesn’t
work that way. So I request you to do it as ‘sadhana’ as
an everyday routine. Remember, whatever happens,
happens for the good.
 NoFap - This is one of the sciences required for the
body but having discipline over your body gives more
energy to your mind. Practice this for 21 days and you
will be unstoppable in your own life.
 Take it as a Challenge - The information provided
are not stories but facts and once you practice it only
gives you transformation so take it as a challenge.
