LANGUAGES KNOWN - During my three months of internship period, I have gained a lot of industrial exposure. I
English ( Both ) worked with maintenance and automation team. I gained knowledge about various machines
Hindi ( Both ) operation, machine maintenance and many more concepts. I have implemented PLC
Telugu ( Both ) practically in the field. I was able to recognize any faults occurring in the machine, analyze
Tamil ( Spoken ) them and solve them taking the support of technicians of those respective machines. I have
learnt software works related to the production, quality and methods. I have done a project on
predictive maintenance of induction motors which are utilized in the machines in the plant.
CERTIFICATIONS This is a project which includes digitization, Industrial Internet of Things, machine operation.
- PCB Design
- VLSI Design Rayalaseema Thermal Power Plant, Proddatur | May 2023 - June 2023
- Complete Guide To Build IOT Things From - I have completed my six weeks internship in Rayalaseema Thermal Power Plant. It was a
Scratch To Market systematized practical experience . I have experienced the working environment comprising
high-tech machineries and developed many skills and intellectual ability.

PROJECTS
Predictive Maintenance of Induction Motor | February 2024 - April 2024
- Induction motors are prone to various issues, including bearing wear, misalignment, electrical
imbalances and overheating causing unplanned downtime and substantial financial losses.
Unplanned downtime leads to production delays, loss of revenue and compromised customer
satisfaction which cause organization to struggle to maintain optimal operational efficiency.
In this project, skilled maintenance, predictive maintenance, digital active maintenance is
implemented to bring optimal efficiency and being guided by real time data.

8-bit ALU design | December 2023 - January 2024

- In this project , I have designed an 8-bit ALU(Arithmetic logic unit). The arithmetic logic unit
will perform eight different operations depending on the opcode selected. If we are having
eight different operations that means we need three bits for the opcode . The eight different
operations that this ALU will perform the addition, subtraction, multiplication, left shift, right
shift, logical AND, logical OR, logical XOR.

Design to control traffic signal lights and count down timer | September 2023
- October 2023
- I have completed the design to control traffic signal lights and count down timer using Eagle
software. Through this project I have came across Introduction to Hardware Components &
Development Process, Introduction to Autodesk Eagle, Circuit Explanation, Schematic Design,
& ERC Errors, PCB Design & DRC Errors, BOM, Manufacturing Data, & Component Soldering,
Hardware Testing & Troubleshooting.

Awareness on radiation exposure due to smart appliances | July 2022 -

September 2022
- This project is a community service project. I have created awareness on radiation exposure
due to smart appliances. Radiation awareness includes taking the radiation risk into
perspective and providing an incentive to follow procedures to keep doses as low as possible. I
have created this awareness among the public and I especially targeted the students of all
ages and created to bring the awareness among them about the adverse effects of using smart
appliances to the unlimited extent by visiting schools and colleges
Automatic plant watering system using Arduino | March 2022 - June 2022
- In this project, we will build an automatic plant watering system using a soil moisture sensor
and Arduino. The soil moisture sensor will be used to measure the moisture level in the soil and
the Arduino will be used to control the watering system.

AWARDS AND HONOR

- I was the winner of the debate competition held in our university.

ACHIEVEMENTS
- I was as an organizer of a team of 10 volunteers to plan and conduct activities for technical
event. in B.Tech/B.E.
