Anti-static Eliminator - Eliminator power unit

• After decades of research and design, the internal high-voltage structure has reached a high-
efficiency high-voltage transformation device in conversion. It uses the mains frequency voltage without
converting the voltage to reduce the fault problem. It provides a variety of options such as power indicator
and fault indicator in panel operation. If the device has no discharge loss, it can be used for a long time (it
needs to keep the environment clean and appropriate temperature). The electrostatic elimination device
can drive multiple groups of electrostatic elimination rods (the total length of the
electrostatic elimination rods shall be less than 6m), electrostatic elimination gun

series and electrostatic fan series. The electrostatic elimination device consumes very low power in
terms of power demand and only needs about 20W / h
• The high-voltage output port is connected with a special designed fast high-voltage connector,
which is simple, safe, fast and convenient. 1-to-4 adapter box can also be used to reduce the cost.
• Adopting the traditional winding structure without using the electronic voltage doubling
method can be more stable and have long service life.
• The host series of electrostatic elimination device will encounter high-voltage output fault in use.
It can be equipped with high-voltage abnormal power-off safety control device to improve safety to
ensure industrial safety
• The electrostatic elimination device series can be customized according to customer
requirements for various input voltage power supplies 110V, 220V, 380V, 440V and output 5kV, 7kv,
9KV, 11kv, 12kV, 15kV at high voltage side... (please call for special specification.)

High voltage abnormal power-off safety control device

The whole series of Static elimination device power unit can be equipped with safety protection power-off
system against electric shock and fire! In case of abnormal high- voltage leakage of the electrostatic
elimination unit, abnormal damage inside the host, abnormal high-voltage conductor of the connecting
device, insulation damage of the electrostatic elimination device, etc., the digital control can quickly respond
within 1
second, cut off the high-voltage output power supply and display an alarm to inform the operator, so as to
quickly deal with the industrial safety problems. (The power-off controller is only used for the static
elimination and cannot be used for other purposes.) Abnormal power-off controller: when resetting without
using the reset button, cut off the power supply for about (3 seconds) and restart it, and then reset the monitoring.

Constant frequency AC output high voltage generation

Because the host of the elimination device uses AC constant frequency discharge, it can release the
positive and negative ions at the tip of the electrode needle connected to the electrostatic elimination
device, so as to avoid increasing static electricity due to the generation of positive or negative ions alone.
Through the high-voltage connection port of the host of the electrostatic elimination device, it can realize
a variety of combinations and multiple device connections, such as Electrode bar, Static eliminator-
air ionizer and air spray gun.
