INTRODUCTION(PLS.READANDUNDERSTAND)
During your internship, you are responsible for completing and submitting three (3) internship reports, usually
emailed to your Career Training Coordinator (CTC) every 100 hours for those completing 300 hours or every 200
hours for those completing 600 hours requirement. These reports should help you learn about the overall
operation of your internship agency /organization or Host Training Establishment (HTE). In addition, the reports
are a method of documenting and communicating to your CTC with your experiences during internship. Note
that CTC will not remind you of when these reports are due. Failure to submit reports will reflect negatively on
your internship.
Each report consists of your assessment about our internship experience and information about the agency /
HTE. While you can set up a schedule with your internship advisor that fits our particular internship, the
following schedule is suggested:

This report should familiarize both you and your Career Training Coordinator with the Host Training Establishment (HTE)/ Agency.Provide a briefhistory
of thefoundingof theHTE/Agency,its currentpropose,andlegalstatus(private,public,nonprofit). Provideageneraldescriptionoftheagency’sprograms and
services, clients, treatment groups, collaboration with other allied agencies or community organizations, accreditations, regulations,mission and
purpose of the program.Do not provide copies of pre-written agency documents, but rather describe your own understanding about the
agency.
PCP2 are willing to share their knowledge, train, mentors, and guide us. These agencies not only connect with potential employers but also provide valuable
resources and support to enhance skills and professional growth. Their hands-on teaching methods not only clarify the duties of police officers but also instill
discipline and accountability in aspiring us. They design impactful training programs, personalized for individual employees and teams, transforming
knowledge into practical skills. Beyond technical expertise, they cultivate critical thinking, problem-solving and a deep understanding of the organization's
values and culture.

2.Describe the organization and administration of the agency
Include a copy of the agency’s organization chart. Discuss the number of employees and volunteers (if any), the different types of
personnel(administrative, professional and non-professional staff), and the role and duties each of these positions have within the HTE/agency. Discuss
theagency’s personnel policies: hiring practice, orientation program and in-service training, salary and benefits information.Do not provide copies of pre-
writtenjobdescriptions,butratherdescribeyourownunderstandingofthese issues.
CAINTA MPS consists of 9 departments . they are the Apart from this, it also has 10 barangay assigned to different police officer to ensure
the safety of the community and provide the fastest action in time of situations. Each department has an obligation for example instead, the
police personnel assigned to this department help what is the client's problem regarding violence against women and children. Each
department has its own duties on a daily basis. In investing, they take action for investigation. In the operation is the main source of the
report, where the clients call and ask for help, the operation is the responsible to order to take an action in the situations and followed by.

Discuss how the agency markets its programs and services. How are its promotional efforts developed and coordinated? Described the volunteer

During my internship the Cainta municipal police station marketing strategy for its programs and services typically involves a multi-channel
approach which is help to improve and seek safe for the agency and to the community.
Promotional effort and Coordination
1. Public Relations - Media releases, press conferences, and media outreach raise awareness about agency initiatives.
2.Community Outreach - Partnerships with local organizations, schools, and businesses help promote programs and services.
Volunteer and Internship Program
1.Internship Protocol - Interns participate in orientation, receive supervision, and complete projects and tasks aligned with agency goals.
2.Training and Support: Volunteers receive training, supervision, and ongoing support to ensure successful experiences.
This agency provide a valuable efforts to provide the special needs of the agency and to all personnel which can promote an effective
services to personnel, internship program and as well as in community.
2.Describe your job responsibilities as an intern
Itemized your duties and responsibilities undertaken. You may include special assignments or projects and accomplishments.
My role as an intern is to help the police staff, especially when they are very busy. office, I learned a lot about their work and realized that it
is not easy. Despite the challenges, they still take the time to teach us and sometimes assign us studies for advanced knowledge in our chosen
field.
