Respected Sir/Madam,
I am writing to formally file a complaint against SS Enterprises, located at D. No-5 6-143/1, Rajendra Nagar, RR District, Hyderabad,
Telangana – 500030, for breach of employment terms and delay in salary payment.

Complaint Summary:
1. As per my offer letter dated 15.01.2025, I was hired to work in Andhra Pradesh, Telangana, and Karnataka.
2. Recently, I was forcefully transferred to Sundargarh, Odisha, which is a direct violation of my offer letter.
3. I refused the transfer due to valid personal and contractual reasons and submitted my resignation on 2nd July 2025.
4. I also worked on 1st and 2nd July, for which the company has refused to pay, stating it will be delayed until August.
5. As per labour rules, full and final dues must be cleared within 7 days of resignation, which is not being followed.
6. Despite multiple polite requests, I have not received a confirmed date for my final salary.
Request:
I humbly request your intervention to:
Ensure immediate clearance of all dues, including salary for July 1 and 2.
Take appropriate action against the company for contract breach and unfair labour practices.
I have attached the offer letter and WhatsApp screenshots as proof of my claims.

I was deployed through SS Enterprises as a Shift Engineer at the BWSSB Thathaguni site in Bangalore, and my work location is clearly
within Karnataka. As such, I understand that my grievance falls under the jurisdiction of the Karnataka State Labour Department.

Although SS Enterprises is based in Hyderabad, I was posted and working at the following location in Karnataka:
📍 BWSSB Project CP-04
Thathaguni Site, near Kanakapura Road,
Bangalore, Karnataka – 560082
I worked as a Shift Engineer under the MEIL subcontract through SS Enterprises at this BWSSB site. Hence, I request that my complaint
be processed under the jurisdiction of Karnataka Labour Department.
Please let me know if any more details or documents are needed.
