During Plan Term Guarantee
Important Points to Consider
• Onsitego Damage Protection Plan must be purchased on the same day as the appliance.

• The Plan can be purchased for up to 3 years; however, its total duration must be equal to or less than the combined length
of the manufacturer's warranty and any extended warranty.

• The device must come with a minimum 12-month brand warranty valid in India. If not, the plan becomes void and the customer
can request a refund from the retailer.

• If the appliance was purchased on EMI and a replacement is required, the customer must provide a No Objection Certificate
(NOC) from the lender confirming all dues are cleared.

• Devices with excessive or suspicious damage may undergo investigation. If damage cannot be linked to an accident, the claim
may be rejected.

What is Not Covered?

• Manufacturing defects • Fire, theft, natural disasters


• Cosmetic issues (scratches, dents) • Damage before plan start or after the expiry
• Consumables like gas, batteries, remotes • Accessories purchased separately

Co-Pay

A co-pay amount of 399 or 3% of original Purchase Price of the device (whichever is higher) is applicable at the time of raising a
Service Request. Please note that the co-pay amount is non-refundable.

Beyond Economic Repair (BER)

• If the cost of repairing a device is more than 75% of its invoice value, Onsitego will declare it as BER.

• In such cases, Onsitego at its sole discretion will either provide a refurbished device with similar features or replace
the device with a new one after the customer pays depreciation value as mentioned in the table below.

Age of the Appliance Depreciation %

0 – 12 months 20%

12 – 24 months 40%

24 – 36 months 60%

Depreciated Value = Invoice Value × Depreciation %

• No cash refunds or model upgrades are allowed under the replacement option.

• Once a replacement is done, the plan is considered fulfilled, even if validity remains.
