AFFIDAVIT

(For Affirmation of Input Tax Credit under Section 16(2) of the CGST Act, 2017)

I, Ayyub, son of Faiyyaz aged about 27 years, presently residing at Ground


Floor, Kh. No-87, Block-B, Bhalswa Dairy, New Delhi, North West Delhi, Delhi,
110042, and having GSTIN 07EDWPA7455L1ZT, do hereby solemnly affirm and
declare as under:

1. That I am the proprietor/authorized representative of the business


registered under the Goods and Services Tax Act, 2017, bearing GSTIN
07EDWPA7455L1ZT in the name of Sai Trading Co

2. That I have filed an application bearing Application Reference Number


(ARN): AA070725017028B for the purpose Cancellation of GSTIN due to
closure of business

3. That the affirming the eligibility and Availment of Input Tax Credit (ITC)
under Section 16(2) of the CGST Act, 2017 and the corresponding rules
framed thereunder.

4. That I affirm and undertake that the Input Tax Credit claimed and reflected
in my returns has been accrued and availed in accordance with the
conditions prescribed under Section 16(2) of the CGST Act, 2017, which
includes:

5. Possession of a valid tax invoice or debit note issued by a registered


supplier.

6. Receipt of the goods or services or both.

7. Payment of tax charged in respect of such supply to the Government,


either in cash or through utilization of input tax credit.

8. Filing of the return under Section 39 of the Act.

9. Compliance with the conditions as amended from time to time, and other
applicable provisions of the GST Act and rules thereunder.

10.That I further affirm that the tax invoices in respect of which ITC has been
claimed are genuine, and the corresponding supplies have actually been
received by me.
11.That I undertake to produce documentary evidence, if required by the
proper officer, in support of the above claims.

12.That the statements made hereinabove are true and correct to the best of
my knowledge and belief, and nothing material has been concealed
therefrom.
