Job Overview
We are looking for motivated fresh graduates to join our engineering team as Junior
Software Engineers in Hanoi or Danang. This is an excellent opportunity for new graduates
who are eager to learn and grow their software development skills in a fast-paced and impactful
environment. You will work closely with senior engineers, product managers, and QA teams to
develop and maintain core features across our digital banking platforms. Whether your interest
is in mobile, backend, or full-stack development, we will help you find your path.
Key Responsibilities
● Development Support:
○ Participate in the development, testing, and deployment of software modules for
customers
○ Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code under the guidance of
senior engineers.
○ Assist in providing technical support to customers after project’s golive.
● Learning & Collaboration:
○ Join sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and team code reviews to continuously
learn and contribute.
○ Receive coaching and mentorship from experienced engineers to accelerate your
technical growth.
○ Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, QA, UI/UX) to deliver
high-quality features.
● Product & Customer Focus:
○ Learn how our systems serve clients and participate in understanding real-world
use cases.
○ Support internal testing and QA efforts to ensure our solutions meet customer
needs.
Qualifications
● Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related
disciplines.
● Soft Skills:
○ A growth mindset with a strong willingness to learn and take initiative.
○ Good communication and teamwork skills.
○ Ability to adapt to a fast-changing environment and take feedback constructively.
● Technical Skills:
○ Familiarity with at least one programming language such as Java, JavaScript, or
C#, Go
○ Understanding of object-oriented programming and software development
principles.
○ Exposure to web frameworks (e.g., ReactJS, Node.js, .NET) or mobile
development (e.g., Flutter, React Native) is a plus.
○ Basic understanding of databases (e.g., MySQL, PostgreSQL, MariaDB) and
version control (e.g., Git).
Good to Have
● Framework Expertise: Experience with React Native or Flutter for cross-platform
development.
● API Integration: Knowledge of working with RESTful and SOAP APIs to connect
mobile apps with backend systems.
● Communication skills to work effectively with customers and cross-functional teams.
