General Terms and Conditions:
• Above rates are in Saudi Riyals per room/night in Standard room, inclusive of all applicable taxes, Net Rates.
• The Hotels reserve the right to change or adjust the above rates without prior notification.
• Reservation should be made according to the Gregorian calendar
• The check-in time is 04:00 pm & check-out time is 12:00 pm.
• Early check starting from 06 AM against 200 SAR per Room Subject to the hotel availability.
• The late check out fees are 200 SAR from 12.00-18.00 HRS, then 01 Night will be charged.
• No Early Departure are allowed during the high seasons.
• A 50% deposit is required upon making a reservation to guarantee space and confirm
• Rooming list is to be received 72 HRS prior to the arrival dates.
Cancelation and No Show:
• All cancelations must be received by email to the reservation department and to be approved by Reservation Manager
• The cancellation is free 20 days prior to the date of arrival in the high season, after that 01 Night cancelation fees will be charged
and full amount will be charged if the rooms canceled 48 HRS before arrival
• The cancellation is free 15 days prior to the date of arrival in the low and Mid Seasons, after that 01 Night cancelation fees will be charged
and full amount will be charged if the rooms canceled 48 HRS before arrival.
• Any payments will be considered -Non-Refundable.
• All rooms canceled to be charged on DBL room Rates.
• In case of the group made No Show, 01 Night will be charged in the low and Mid season and full stay will be charged in the high season
Children Policy:
• 2 Children up to 05.99 years old stay free of charge in any room Type.
• 02nd child from 05.99 Years old till 11.99 years old will pay 50% from the adult’s rate.
