Terms & Conditions:


 Minimum Activation Criteria is defined as 15k Net Premium per policy
 For Fresh Business Incentive/Fee, 1st 5 slabs as per Table 1 will be applicable as per the vintage mentioned only.
 For Fresh Business Incentive/Fee, Any SA/Mentor who does 7 activation and above as per Table 2, both GWP &
Activation criteria have to be achieved along with vintage Slab. Lowest of both Criteria will be considered.
 For Renewal, to qualify for Incentive/Fee, minimum gate criteria of 1:3 activation needs to be met any month either
in Current month or last 2 months
 GWP will be considered for all Retail Health and Individual Personal Accident (IPA) policies.
 For Activation & GWP incentive/fee, Network Agents under SA/Mentor on "Standard Grid" only will be considered
(Applicable on All LOB)
 Incentive/Fee of SA/Mentor will start only after code creation of SA/Mentor (Applicable on All LOB)
 Incentive Grid will be applicable only after 3 NA onboarding for new SA/Mentor
 The organization reserves the right to make changes as and when deemed necessary, without prior notice

Terms & Conditions:


 Qualification Criteria: SA/Mentor is required to meet minimum licensing, activation and GWP threshold as per Table 4.
 SA/Mentor level upgrade/Promotion will be allowed if all 3 criteria are achieved.
 Benefit 1: Allowance will start from 4th month and will continue for minimum 6 months.
 Benefit 4,5,6,7: One-time benefit as per the SA/Mentor Level achievement.
 Benefit 8: One-time Fast track bonus if SA/Mentor is promoted to Level 3/4/5 and maintains Level 3/4/5 for 12 months
from onboarding.
 Office allowance will be given only when current period notarized rent agreement/ any other proof of Owned
Premises along with office premised pictures, RSM Approval (Band 5 & above) is shared.
 Office allowance will be given from the month when all required documents are provided and no backdated payment
will be released.
 One-time equipment/visiting card/ diary will be paid/reimburse on completion of targets for continuous 6 months.
 Printer/AC/Laptop/IPAD/TV amount will be reimbursed after providing original invoice copy with sign & stamp along
with the pictures & RSM Approval (Band 5 & above) is shared.
 Applicable Only for Retail Health, Individual Personal Accident (IPA) Business
 Only Network Agent business will be considered for promotion criteria.
