Anna loves animals a lot. She lives near a big farm where many animals live. Every morning, she visits
the farm to see the animals. There are cows, pigs, chickens, sheep, horses, and ducks on the farm.
The cows eat grass and hay. They give fresh milk every day. The pigs like to eat vegetables and fruit.
They love to play in the mud. Chickens lay eggs. They eat corn and worms. Sheep have soft wool. They
eat grass and live in the fields. Horses are strong. They can run fast and help farmers. Ducks like to
swim in the pond. They eat seeds and insects.
One day, Anna went to the zoo with her family. She saw many wild animals there. She saw lions,
giraffes, elephants, monkeys, and bears. Lions are very strong and roar loudly. Giraffes have long
necks to reach the leaves on tall trees. Elephants are the biggest animals. They have long trunks to
drink water and pick food. Monkeys like to jump and climb trees. Bears are big and eat fish and
berries. Anna learned that wild animals live in many different places like forests, jungles, deserts, and
mountains.
Anna loves both farm animals and wild animals. She likes to learn about what they eat and where they
live. She wants to be a vet one day to help all animals.
