spot during the classroom visit. Evaluate those indicators using check mark (✓). Provide additional comments if necessary to offer
specific feedback, commendations, or suggestions for improvement.
Rating Scale: Not Evident (1); Minimally Evident (2); Partially Evident (3); and Evident (4).
