Pedagox Teachers Innovation Award: Detailed Plan
Overview
The Pedagox Teachers Innovation Award is a distinguished initiative designed to honor and
reward educators who demonstrate exceptional innovation in nurturing future-ready skills in
the classroom. These competencies include critical thinking, collaboration, creativity, digital
literacy, problem-solving, and adaptability, essential for students navigating a rapidly evolving
global landscape.
Educators are invited to submit projects that incorporate technology, interdisciplinary strategies,
or novel pedagogical approaches aligned with global educational priorities, including UNESCO’s
emphasis on transformative education.
The inaugural edition of the award will be exclusively conducted among 22 Indian schools in
Qatar, serving as a focused pilot initiative. Based on its success and impact, the program will be
expanded across schools in the GCC region (including Bahrain, Kuwait, Oman, Qatar, Saudi
Arabia, and the UAE).
The award aims to:
• Recognize and promote innovative teaching practices.
• Inspire a culture of forward-thinking education.
• Conclude with a grand finale on International Teachers’ Day (October 5, 2025), where
top winners will receive a fully sponsored educational tour to Finland—renowned for its
pioneering education system.
