Implementation the rule and regulations of safety and the client
procedures.
Conduct routine functional tasks i.e tool box talk meeting Speacial
Safety meeting.
To conduct safety training and create awareness to all workers
Obtaining necessary work permit that is required for all the job to
execute.
Make daily inspection to the worker to ensure that they are working
within the frame of safety.
Checking the safe work plan and housekeeping of the working area
before starting the work.
Design and installs different kind of safety signs (i.e informative ,directional ,precautionary,regulatory and others
Conducting Daily Routine inspection to site employee.Observe all safety
rules and regulations takes necessary
Provide safety training and awareness to the employees action to obtain compliance with all safety policies
Checking and monitoring the scaffolding and the tag system, inspecting
ladders, man basket etc. before these

Inspection of heavy equipment and lifting materials such as wire rope,sling and shackle.
Preparing daily reports regarding safety in the job site.
Auditing monthly color codes as per client standard.
Auditing machinery, PPE, Housekeeping and Hand Tools.
Regular inspection and maintenance of safety and firefighting
equipment’s
Taking disciplinary action against employees and foreman.
Controlling of site transport and placement of proper warning sign and
sign board.
Conduct gas test, maintain log sheet for confined space and ensure
employees are following the confined
space entry procedure.
Check the excavation activity through the under of safety procedure.
Daily safety inspection of site to identify the hazards unsafe condition
and act.
Ensure that all activities are going on in accordance with the safety
procedure and guideline of the company.
Ensure that all employees having specific personal protective
equipment’s as required.
Report incident accident and unsafe condition to HSE officer.
Supervise safety activities for the
immediately completion of the job and prepared accomplishment and
safety reports.
Discover and determine unsafe working condition and initiate
corrective remedial action.
Color coding of all kind of tools in start of every month.
Ensure prior to issue PTW.
Visit along with permit Issuer and Area safety Officer.
Ensure the area Equipment are safe to carry out work.
Visit work site time to time
Remain at the site until the day finish and monitor & take care of all of worker activities.
Inspection of grinding, cutting, welding, portable, lifting and handling
tools etc prior to job.
Conduct Tool Box talk (TBT) daily, weekly & monthly at the site and
submit report to the client on
daily basis and also maintain a record for company manpower.
Checking Permits for activities and fulfilling safety requirement as per
every permit.
Run a strong campaign about a topic which is related to the safety as
per client requirement and
follow the HSE procedures of the client.
Ensure that work is going safely and report to the HSE Manager of the
area.
Strictly implementation of better housekeeping for the job site and to
follow the waste segregation
scheme.
Creating Safety Awareness among Employees and educate them on Safety Matters.
Safety induction of the new employees.
To evaluate the risk assessments and reviewing of the effectiveness of
control measures.
To conduct the inspections of the workplace before the work at
height, scaffolding, Confined spaces
and crane lifting operation including the atmospheric testing, ground
level inspection, oxygen level
testing and the effectiveness of the emergency equipments.
Maintain data records and reports as needed on timely basis.
